The guy that helped her a few weeks ago was apparently extremely knowledgeable and helpful, leaving her feeling confident in her purchase and willing to recommend this place to everyone- myself included. We decided to go together yesterday, 7/13/19, but the guy that was working was less than helpful. As someone who doesn't vape or anything I had no clue what I was doing. I asked for recommendations and he said he didn't have any, just a few that he didn't quite recommend. He was rude, he didn't tell me how to set up my pen, (putting the coils in, juice, or fill out the warranty card that says the store has to fill it out) I'm happy with what is purchased (nord pen kit and CBD juice) but I'm disappointed with the lack of knowledge, commentary, or customer service. Their…read morepricing is fair and lower than anywhere I've been personally, the store is clean and well lit, the selection is vast and the employee that I see when I go in is very kind, knowledgeable and personable. It's always a quick stop but I leave with a smile and my wallet keeps a little heft to it. I absolutely recommend Payless.
