1. After waiting patiently for the two customers ahead of me, the sales girl working the counter this Saturday morning completely ignored me. She turned her back to me and went to work on her computer until I walked up and stood in front of her face. Even then she couldn't be bothered to look up as she asked if she could help me? 2. Neither she nor the young man working with her were able to help me with my issue, saying "I've never heard of that problem". Really, that's your response? And then to have her Google my issue as if I didn't do that at home? Only to have her suggest that I just redo my security features, as if I didn't already do that as well three times. What a complete waste of time. I bought my phone from you folks but that's the first and last time you'll get my business. read more

Verizon wireless store in sandpoint has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I was promised 50% off three items with the purchase of my I phone 14 plus and was met with on edge answers by a lady who said she had fired the employee who promised me the discount. then was offered a 25% discount and never received it with my 160$ purchase of upgrades for my phone then went back to the store and was rudely spoken down to repeatedly being told with any question I had that they were closed and to come back tomorrow while he was dealing with a customer he rudely told me again he was closed ignoring any thing I had to say . he could have at least told me how he was going to fix the problem and he was not closed the door was open and customers were in the store so I was not only being lied to but being spoken down to by a child posing as a customer service rep for Verizon. read more

Bought 2 phones (BOGO promotion) for my existing Verizon plan. Part of the promotion was that one phone had to be attached to a new phone number. Well they "attached" the plan to the wrong phone. This meant that I was being billed for 2 new phones, instead of one. I called them regarding the situation and they said I had to speak to Verizon (so they screw up and it's now my responsibility to correct their mistakes. Thanks). I ended up on the phone for HOURS with Verizon to correct this. I then got a call from from Mountain Communications whining that they did not get paid for one of the phones (and how is this MY problem?). They needed my PIN to access my account (which made me very nervous as I just fixed all of their errors), but I gave it to them anyway trying to be cooperative and allow them to get paid. I then got call after call telling me my PIN did not work (Hmmmm. It worked for me.) So I told them I would change my PIN and come in the next business day. Well, I showed up and the person handling the issue wasn't there (nice). I have had enough of the harassment and extra effort for THEIR mistake and told them not to call me. A few hours later I had a change of heart and called them and said I will give them the new PIN and leave it open for half an hour and then create a new pin. That wasn't good enough. They basically wanted it open indefinitely because they have to go through some intermediary that exists between them and Verizon. Huh? So now I'm giving my pin out to another, unknown, party? I was then called a "miserable human being" and the call ended. I called Verizon questioning if anyone could access my account without the PIN and they said "No". They also told me that Mountain Communications is not even an authorized Verizon dealer. read more

I was having trouble with my iPhone, my Sprint service iPhone. Rather than driving 45+ minutes to CDA, I figured I'd try to get some help locally at Mountain Communications, a Verizon shop. Total shot in the dark...right? Kyler (owner) was more than willing to help me even though I was on a different network. He was able to resolve the problem, saving me a hour and a half round trip drive on a hot summers day.
