I moved from Austin this month and one thing I knew I would miss is locally owned bookshops. But this is the most wonderful bookstore I've been to. They have an amazingly curated selection, that you can tell is really really intentionally chosen. They have the cutest set up of books, stickers, shirt and more! And everything is super reasonably priced. I am of the mindset that I would love to pay extra to support real people and not big corps :) Kalena was working we chatted with her a bit and she is just so so lovely!!! Fultz gave us a great overview of the reasons to go with Speed Queen, and pay the extra cost. We were sold; his wife Monica gave me a rundown on how she uses hers for the best uses. We feel we made an investment, rather than a purchase. We were told they could deliver within 2 days. We were told of the warranty and how they deal with any issues that come up during that warranty time (and beyond). Today, our washer and dryer were delivered. The installers called before they arrived; they had a very long day and had covered a lot of miles; yet they were so friendly and got on the job of disconnecting and removing the old ones and installing the new ones. Afterwards, Joe C. gave us a demonstration on using the machines before he left. He and his partner were so friendly and professional. I am totally sold with using TP&F in the future for any appliance purchases!
