Delivery took a little over an hour, split between signing the final docs and our salesman Jeff B. showing us features, pairing our phones, etc. (greatly appreciated) 3) They accepted my EPP# through CNH Industrial, which saved us money and simplified negotiations. Brandi's was great! I had a Sunday appointment for wedding dress shopping. I brought my mom,…read moregrandmother and cousin along and we enjoyed the hangout/try on area as well as the runway. I loved being able to look thru racks of dresses and pick out what I wanted. I grabbed a few and my stylist picked a couple out once she knew what my style was. I tried on a few dress that were nice but just not it. It wasn't until the last dress I tried on - which was on my stylist picked out!- I showed it to my family and got a positive reaction. I was asked if I wanted to walk down the runway- which had cameras displayed on a screen in front of me, and nice mirrored wall, that was when I knew this was my dress!!! They had fake bouquets you could hold which was great to see how you would look from ALL angles. The best part was that this dress was a Sale dress and I was able to purchase it and take it home with me! They gave me a list of recommended alterations shops as well. Brandi's was great, nicely priced!! and had tons of bridesmaids dresses and mother of the bride dresses so I know I will be heading back to look for those!

They were not overly pushy and made me feel extremely comfortable trying on dresses and gave me the liberty to find dresses that I liked. My mom, sister in law and a friend came with me and we were able to pick whatever we liked and my stylist was so great at putting anything and everything on me. She was so fun and made the experience! My sister in law also got her dress at Brandi's a few years back so we've had lots of fun and luck with this place. I had looked at stores in Chicago, Geneva, and southern IL and nothing compared to my experience here! I went in with the intentions of buying a simple and modern, very plain dress - and somehow ended up with the exact opposite and I'm in love. I didn't' want to take it off and can't wait to go back and pick up my dress.
