They assured me I would get it back after a few business days. I called back a week later because I hadn't received or heard anything back, the lady was so rude and started blaming me for not giving my recent address then when I tried to give it to her she said I had to mail it in... I rented here for about 3 years, paid every late charge and every extra "fee" they added when they up and switched the insurance that raised my monthly rent. Now I'm being told after calling the corporate office that they don't do prorated refunds that "sorry to say it was you to get your stuff by the 5th" which is the grace period that give you. So now I'm out about $140 that they are keeping and making even more on it renting it out to someone else they're gonna screw over!! Oh yeah and not to mention that the first time I called in about this last week, they were telling me my due date was on the 8th of every month not the 1st. If that was the case then why was I locked out and refused access after the 5th of the month when I made late payments? Doesn't make sense....
