The employees are RUDE. I don't even bother going to the office for anything. Jim is the only person I've spoken to here who is kind and helpful. He went out of hid way to find me a good and affordable locksmith when I lost my key, and has always been lovely. Everyone else is...yikes. They don't even have carts for transporting items. I have a mild disability, and when I asked one of the staff about carts, they were extremely rude to me and said "Well, just carry your stuff then." Wtf Apparently the carts were stolen months ago but they never replaced them. Just stuck up a note. Its been three months. ‍ Parking here is a nightmare. There's never enough spots. The place used to be clean but lately I've noticed strong foul odors and COCKROACHES. I saw quite a few of them in the hallways and have since found bugs in my storage unit. I'm paying way too much to have to deal with that. I'm happy I'm moving out. This place is a mess, and a constant source of frustration. It's also super popular with ASU students so it becomes an absolute nightmare twice a year. Find a different location because this one is not it.

The rep, Joselyn, was very sweet and helpful when i contacted customer service for a refund but it's a huge inconvenience because they can only process a refund via check through snail mail... This place is very clean and this was the only issue that i had but it was big enough of an issue for me to never bring my business here again.

1. This location is in a flood plain. NOT DISCLOSED. No discount offered…read more 2. As such my row has severe drainage angle AND a 2" lip at entrance. Made offload (working alone) much more difficult than a level unit (like avail on other rows). Major hassle trying to brace dolley with lifting heavy stuff down to it. Then bending down to lift dolley over 2" high lip at entrance of unit. NOT DISCLOSED. 3. You could offer discounts on that row and plenty people will go for it. I would not as I'm working alone. 4. Their were avail units on level ground. Instead of renting them first then the units with a hill (and floodwater) the mgr told me the automated system picks the units to be rented. 5. After doing their survey they had mgr contact me and offer to ket me move. HOW DOES GOING THRU THE HASSLE OF OFFLOADING ON A HILL NOW INSTEAD OF WHEN I MOVE OUT HELP? INSTEAD I'D HAVE TO RENT A TRAILER, DO AN ADDITIONAL LOAD UP AND OFFLOAD. WHY NOT OFFER ME A FREE MONTH! TRUST ME I'D RATHER PAY AND HAVE BEEN PUT IN A LEVEL UNIT WITHOUT FLOOD WATER IN FRONT. 8. I recently had an unpleasant experience with the on-site property manager, Michael. He accused me…read moreof sleeping in my unit and informed me that my rental agreement would be terminated. Michael then called the authorities, claiming I was being disruptive. He placed a lock on my unit near the end of the month, which prevented me from accessing my belongings and caused me to be billed for the following month. When I attempted to resolve the issue, I was told the corporate manager would be the last person I could speak with, leaving me with no further way to escalate the matter. If you attempt to contact corporate or any other entity of public storages, you will be cycled into the normal phone assistance line. As a result of this situation, I have been informed that I am no longer allowed to rent from any Public Storage locations. Prior to this experience, I was a member at Public Storage for two years Also to mention when it rains heavily, the entire lot is flooded any remains flooded until it dries up which takes around 72 hours.
