From the selection of great staple pieces to the wonderful sales folks, this place has it all. Cynthia, along with the amazing owner Gilla and her cutest dog Chloe roaming around, made the shopping experience delightful. I ended up finding not one but two dresses, each perfect for the occasion. The Vault also has a section for men, which looked just as amazing, and I will definitely be recommending it to my friends and family. This store has become my go-to place whenever I crave good quality, reasonably priced clothing. Apparently I didn't look at their "50 jackets" in the time I spent there. Definitely do not recommend - they are not helpful at all. Walk past and go down to Sunny Days instead. I often shop here and bring friends in because I love that they carry cool styles that you don't see in the malls and the staff is usually incredibly helpful. I am not a great shopper and have trouble knowing what would look good on me. They are wonderful at picking options and items to go with them. However, I cannot stress enough that they do NOT want any returns. They offer store credit within 7 days but the couple of returns I have done were met with much attitude, which is quite different than when I'm in there shopping. Most recently the manager doing the return had what can only be described as a hissy-fit over the return and was as rude as can be. I will not enter the store again if she is present. That being said, if the coast is clear, I will be back for some fun shopping. read more

I've come here several times over the past 2 years and every time I leave with something I LOVE! There's just something different about this place. The owner and her collegue (I thought they were mother and daughter!) are SO helpful. They helped me pick out items I normally wouldn't consider. Coming out of the dressing room feels like a fashion show. They are extremely forthcoming in their praise but also honest if something doesn't fit you right. Clothing is great quality as well. This was my first time visiting The Vault and i had such a great time. I have been in a shopping rut for awhile as it seems I could never find cute, stylish clothes for someone my age. (Late 50's). But not only did The Vault have a great selection of clothes, shoes and accessories, but the stylists were professional, helpful and so friendly! After talking with me, Kym selected clothes that she felt I would look great in. She also helped me to see outside my little box and try on things that I normally would not have tried. She and Sara both showed me how to style the clothing and how to mix and match with other things. It was a true shopping experience. read more

Avoid this store, Unethical and Unprofessional I purchased a lovely dress from the owner Gila Leibovitch for my wife over the summer. After wearing the dress exactly twice, several of the decorative beads fell off. We contacted the store and were told no problem they would take care of it. We were shocked when they sent the dress back with a note saying the dress had been altered and washed and they would not accept the return. At no point was the dress altered or cleaned, it fell apart the second time it was worn! The note was signed "the management" which is a spineless avoidance of personal responsibility. Gila will not return our phone calls. The Vault has some wonderful merchandize but they do not stand behind their merchandise and therefor should be avoided read more
