After sending two follow-up text messages, we have received no response. This lack of follow-through and communication is extremely disappointing and unprofessional--especially for an event as important and time-sensitive as a wedding. Even a brief message to say that he was no longer interested or unable to move forward would have been appreciated. Clear communication is critical in this industry, and unfortunately, that expectation was not met.

Unfortunately, it feels like he took my money and disappeared. That's unprofessional, disappointing, and frankly disrespectful. Weddings are stressful enough without vendors wasting time and hard-earned money. Proceed with caution before considering this business.

There was hamburger patties in a brown gravy, several flavors of chicken wings, pulled pork, meatballs, and burnt ends. Overall it was okay at best. Flavors weren't consistent. For example I had a meatball that was very spicy. But the other was bland. I thought the burnt ends were a bit dry as if they sat there all day. The problem with that is we went as they opened.
