But after that every follow-up email took longer and longer to get a response, and when I asked multiple times for an updated quote so I could move forward with a deposit and secure my date, I was completely ghosted. Unfortunately, it feels like he took my money and disappeared. That's unprofessional, disappointing, and frankly disrespectful. Weddings are stressful enough without vendors wasting time and hard-earned money. Proceed with caution before considering this business.

This man dodged calls and texts for weeks until finally paying us back SOME of what was owed to us but now is refusing to give back our deposit. Remind you he canceled on us less than 24 hours before the event. Kelvin now made over 200 dollars on canceling an event. This is wrong and unfair. We held the party on May 21, 2022, at your establishment, Stefanni Events. First and foremost, Yelitza, the lady taken care of us was completely unprofessional and rude. Yelitza, misspelled our daughters name when she gave it to the gentlemen doing the photo booth. The main doors for our guest to enter from broke off the hinges. Yelitza came out and at first tried to blame it on us. She quickly changed her tune when she arrived on scene and saw that no one at the party was capable of breaking the door. There was also a leak on the dance floor. My wife and I placed a garbage can underneath the leak. When Yelitza arrived, she removed the garbage can and the floor was wet. Making it a hazard for our guest and myself being a disabled veteran. It was a great inconvenience for our guest to move about the facilities due to the front entrance being closed off by her with no attempt to repair the door. Our quest had to use a side door that was slippery due to the rain. Yelitza has yet to respond to any of our emails, texts or phone calls. Savannah was great an easily accessible with all our questions. We had a wonderful tasting as well so we were very comfortable with all our choices. They also included table settings some decor and the meals had a variety everyone got no need to ask guests which meal they prefer. We highly recommend them!!
