I found them at a Farmer's Market called Biggers Market! This place has everything! When I say, everything, I mean it! I never knew there was a thing called strawberry onions. Like, onions grown near and in strawberry fields! Super cool! I actually visited this place 3 times while in town for 7 days. By my second and third visit, the cashier recognized me and thought I was a local. I wish!! I told her that I'd be back because they had great nuts! Lol.. she thought that was funny! The ambiance gives happy workers and a happy community that knows they can bring the kids and dogs, have a few local brews on the weekend, get a great pick from fresh veggies, to fresh seafood, dips, fresh breads and jams, and anything else you may be looking for! Once I opened the door, I was astonished by the abundance and variety of colorful fruits and vegetables everywhere. It's a small store but there was a lot to look at. I felt like a kid in a candy store for the first time. This looks like the place to go to for your Mexican produce needs. There were bins of dried beans, dried corn, fresh nopales, fresh aloe vera leaves, tomatillos, peppers, Calabacita squash, prickly chayote squash, mamey fruit, rambutan, chipilin plants, herbs, and other exotic produce. In the back, you can get fresh coconuts cut for you. Some of the produce did not have labels so do your research and have an ingredient list ready before coming here. They were also sweet Mexican breads packaged in donut boxes and small clear plastic bags made from a bakery in Tucker, Georgia. If you're looking to be adventurous, they had seasoned dried grasshoppers snacks. There was one staff/owner who spoke English but other customers there were pretty nice in helping me figure some things out. They only accept cash, no credit card. Unfortunately, I didn't have any cash on me so I will have to come try out some of their produce next time!

It seemed to be that the baker did not whip the cream cheese all the way, which contributed to the consistency. Unfortunately, there was the faintest taste of chocolate, making it a chunky bland cheesecake. Overall, the produce at Andrews is great, but I would stay away from the desserts! Was not pleased!

You'll find something for sure by one if the artisans. I found a wonderful kind woman selling handmade soaps and candles. I bought about 4-5 of them and they smell so wonderful. The river walk is beautiful in general but having a small marker to browse every now and then it's a nice perk. I wish there were more produce related vendors but I'll say that it was this market that introduced me to several other small businesses in the area which I now return to for various things I need.

I saw a couple of vendors selling pet related goods like dog snacks and neckwear. Dogs are allowed at this market and we saw at least 2 dogs at any given time. All of them well-handled by their owners. Saw the usual farmers market items like strawberries, blueberries, sweet potatoes, lettuce, and other produce. There were also a few stands selling cut flowers and/or live plants. I took a picture of some pepper plants that someone was selling bc they are so colorful! My favorite stand was Orchidscapes. The owner showed us several species of orchids that smelled like different things - one raspberry, another like root beer, and my favorite- the one that smelled like chocolate. I eventually bought one of the latter. He gave me a card sheet and his card in case I have questions when I get him (I named my plant Charlie) home. I would definitely come here again if I was in the area. There is garage parking available as well as street parking. Bring cash, as the vendors that we purchased from did not accept credit cards. I knocked it down a star for this reason.

Or is it that they already know who they want as their vendors and everyone else is not worth their time. I will find another venue for my heirloom quality quilts. It's an unassuming place but I ordered a small charcuterie board for a soccer match today & we were blown away. First off, it's pretty. It's fresh, it's packaged well and there's a little bit of everything. Nuts, fruit, crackers, cured meats, pumpkin spread, chutney- , it's a party in a box. Everything we sampled was amazing. It was all so good! A small box fed three of us with leftovers as our lunch. There was plenty to share. It was a great way to picnic while outside and I'll definitely be ordering again.
