Clean welcoming vibe.

Frist impression was spot on, the cashier was so friendly. Lots of great food and drink options. Super fresh and tasty. Portion sizes were a tad smal for the pricel, but other than that this place was amazing. Great place to grab a healthy breakfast or lunch.

Flash Iced Cold Brew

Cute brunch place for coffee and delicious food! I realized the drinks can be made a little sweet however they are nice about adjusting the drink to your sweetness level. The cold brew was great. The avocado toasts were flavorful. I tried both the purple onion topping and the egg, bacon, and baby tomato toast (both were a great option cant go wrong with either choice). Everything on the menu looked appetizing and full of nourishing ingredients. Service was great as well.

Best brunch by the beach I've ever had. Not gonna lie, went here for the vibes but the food was incredible. So much so that I felt obligated to buy a tshirt because how could I not after that? Seriously so good. And the coffee was on point too!

The menu is short and simple- and I can't wait to try everything on the menu. I had the market bowl salad and it was amazing. The vegies were roasted to perfection and seasoned masterfully and simply. The blue cloud latte was the same. Not too sweet but just right and very enjoyable and satisfying. I ended w the gf and vegan brownie. It wasn't dense or fudgy- it was balanced and on the light/ caky side- like a cup of cocoa! Yum

Beautiful atmosphere. Coffee was excellent--which is pretty big coming from a former specialty Coffeebar owner. Brunch was great but a bit pricey for everyday! But would def go again when in Wilmington.

My husband and I were on vacation attending the Azalea Festival and this shop was within walking distance from our hotel. It is located in a very accessible location. Walking into this cute coffee shop, I was instantly enamored by the clean yet down to earth vibe. The young lady that was at the register greeted us with a great attitude and was very knowledgeable. She was able to answer all my questions as well as make recommendations. We settled on the breakfast burrito, bodega breakfast sandwich and a vanilla rosemary latte. We also ended up grabbing 2 more drinks to go; brown sugar lavender latte & toasted coconut matcha limeade. If you are going here for coffee, consider another place. Every weekend, my wife and I try a new non-chain coffee shop. This one didn't hit the mark. It wasn't horrible but there way better options. Pros: Staff are friendly Seating is plentiful The food was good (avocado toast w/bacon/egg) Cons: The coffee and chai were flavorless

Blue cloud, a blue matcha with coconut cold foam.

I came in just for some drinks to take on the road back home and i loved it! the ambiance is definitely my vibe. great place to work or meet ip with someone. I wanted to try something new and the customer service was amazing. He offered different recommendations. i got two of them and they were so good! One was a flash brew made a specific way, don't remember. The other was the blue cloud, a blue matcha, with an alt milk, one lump of vanilla, and coconut cold foam. Next time I hope to try their food offerings!

Maven takes a different approach to coffee, skipping the standard heavy syrup you find in most places and instead focusing on carefully crafted pieces of art. I would describe their style as a hybrid between the craftsmanship of fine dining, the flavor blending of craft cocktails, all wrapped up in an artistic display. The people working here are skilled and very friendly and happy to explain their menu My wife had the campfire latte, which was a gentle s'mores flavor with freshly crumbled graham cracker topping in a marshmallow they toasted right in front of you as a top. Most importantly, it was very coffee forward on flavor with very minimal but appropriate use of sweetening flavors. I had the chocolate cherry truffle latte, which was again very coffee forward with very subtle and perfectly balanced flavors. Most interestingly, the drinks were a very fair price, because with this level of artistry in presentation you'd expect it to be expensive. This was a great little stop on vacation, and if I was local I would come more often. They are definitely stepping out of the mold of the traditional mainstream coffee shop, And doing a great job.

However, this is definitely a sit down and take your time meal with table service. The interior is very bright and clean. As soon as we sat, they brought us waters and mini biscuits which was a nice touch. I was surprised and disappointed by how small the coffee menu was. I got the Nutella latte it was very chocolatey and sweet. For my meal, I got the caprese sandwich and my husband got the two egg breakfast. Both were good. I would definitely come back when I'm in the mood for brunch.

Coffee beans are organic, from Larry's in Raleigh, a mixture of Guatemalan, Bolivia, Mexico flavors. Nondairy milk options are Oat, almond, and soy milk. We tried a caramel latte, drip coffee, and aeromatic latte with peach. Everything was great. There was one dollar extra charge for milk to add to the drip coffee. The aeromatic latte takes a few minutes to make so beware that. Not exactly sure the process of making aeromatic latte. The barista only spoke Spanish and our waiter translated. There were other fruit flavors listed on the menu for the aeromatic latte but at that time they only had peach or pear. The fruit is cooked with the coffee itself and infused with cinnamon flavor. There is no sugar or syrup added. I chose the peach and it was a subtle flavor in the latte. The barista was apologetic, because he thought he made it too sweet, which it was, but not sickeningly so. After all, it's just sweetness from fruit. Started out with complementary biscuits with some scallions, served with butter and homemade apple butter. Biscuits were okay. Apple butter was delicious , cinnamon flavor with some chunks of apple. Menu is basically American, but they had a special huevos rancheros. I ordered the huevos rancheros and my partner ordered the lemon blueberry pancakes with a side order of bacon. The food was good, very filling so we couldn't finish everything. Huevos rancheros came with runny fried eggs, black beans, choice of bacon or sausage or something else, home fries, crunchy tortilla strips, guacamole, side of homemade looking spicy salsa, fresh tomatoes, cilantro, and a remoulade like sauce. Spicy salsa was great. The lemon blueberry pancakes (2 large pancakes) automatically come with home fries or fruit. High chair available. There is an additional cost if you use credit card versus cash. For our bill, it was around two dollars extra for using credit card. Our waiter was fabulous. Really enjoyed the customer service. You can tell they care about what they do. The barista even gave us a latte to-go on the house when we really didn't need it or want it. I think he still felt bad about making the aeromatic latte sweet.
