The quality fell short, but more disappointing was the way the correction was handled. After the owner Maggie confirmed that I could return and have the same service compensated, I arrived only to wait at the front desk while the terms were reconsidered multiple times. That kind of internal back-and-forth should be resolved before the customer returns, not in front of them. Although the final compensation was appreciated, the overall experience reflected a lack of consistency, professionalism, and service standards. Unfortunately, I will not be returning due to extremely uncomfortable circumstances. read more

I had an appointment with Kim who took off my old set, and did a brand new set (which is a lot of work). She looked at my inspiration photo and took her time helping me pick out the nude and orange to make a beautiful ombre. I'm really happy with how they turned out. I visited Venition Nail Spa upon a recommendation from a friend. The tech Ashley was apparently new and had no idea how to perform a pedicure. The management was pushing her to see more clients and she was finished with my pedI cure in 25 minutes. She did not get any extra skin around the cuticles, nor did she get the the whitened areas in my toenails. When I pointed that out she said it's "OK". My heels were not buffed as they should have been. I paid $50 for the pedicure and a $15 tip. After my nails dried and I could see all the rough white areas on the nails and returned to the salon Immediately. I was given the line that that's what happens when you leave prior nail polish on too long, I explained that other salons try to get the white thickened areas off the nails and that I expected more for $65.00. The manager tried to fix it herself and did well I must admit, but I will never go back there again. They definitely need to do some training with Ashley. read more

The only thing they had going for them was their chairs. My acrylic set was clumpy and poorly done like a child did it (It was just a French). Literally the worst manicure of my 31 years of life. The gel pedi wasn't terrible but they weren't exactly gentle. Pedi wasn't so bad I wouldn't return for it but for gods sake, do NOT let them touch your hands for acrylic or dip nails. I will neverrrr go there again tbh. read more

The place are clean and cozy. The pedicure are always good and consistent but watch out for the nail techs like Tiffany that does dipping powder etc... check the receipt before leaving the facility because she tends to added extra charges for a lousy poor job! The pedicure are good and the only thing I don't appreciate much is when you ask on how you want it done but you heard the language that only them understand. It is very inappropriate when you know they were talking about you but they get away from it. And yet, still you managed to give them tips regardless on how they behaved and you let it go and hope for the next time you come back will be different . It is always good when the manager is around to look over them. Its such a nice place nail salon in the neighborhood areas but the management need to have control of the business not the workers that has no regard on how they conduct their customer service. i asked for light pink chrome nails and the lady gave me darker purple chrome nails. not anything like the reference photo or what i asked for. i told her they were too dark she agreed they looked different then the reference photo. proceeded to re do them just for them to look the same. i was there for a hour and a half. very expensive for the result of the product. read more

Everyone at The Venetian was so welcoming, professional and good at their jobs! Jackie, one of the business partners helped my nieces, my sister and I to feel welcomed in and to understand their nail menu on our special hang out day. She suggested a new nail style (to me at least) called the Apres. It's thinner than the dip and I love it. She was even kind enough to suggest that my nail tech Vicky do one nail as an example to make sure that I like it. I love the Apres! Thanks Vicky! My sister and I enjoyed the offered wine and champagne while indulging in the pedis where we got to enjoy some much needed sister time while my nieces were off getting their manicures. One only wanted shellac and the older niece opted for her first short tips with a beautiful original design. Very talented techs! John, my sister's nail tech did an amazing job on her nails and our pedi techs were so sweet and amazing. I can't recall my sister's pedi tech's name but Tee was so good at her job. Foot scrub, massage, lotion and pedi made me feel so pampered! Add in the beautiful decor, top of the line massage chairs and nice smelling (perfect ventilation/no chemical smell) and it made for the perfect nail treat!
