This place seems nice and clean. The ambiance is nice, and the service was good. Overall I enjoyed the experience, but they charge too much for what you get. The pedicure I chose was $45, but after the $15 up charge for gel polish and add in the tip, it ended up being $75. In my opinion $75 is way too much for just a regular pedicure. read more

If you want bait and switch go there. You say, or point to a procedure and price on their menu and when you're ready to pay they charge you for the top of the line in this case $84.00 and then they tell you "oh, I did not understand". However, that's not all in my situation... The male technician doing my nails cut me so badly that I bled out both sides of my cuticle and now that area is sore and infected. This business does not keep the same nail technicians. There is a constant change of technicians and good luck to you if you find one that understands English. read more

So now I have to find another nail shop. The new owner called me a liar basically. I said nia was getting a kids mani/pedi, she was looking like u tried it. I get that she's tall, she's 5'7" at the very least.So I told her, it's her by last one, she's 11, her birthday is Oct 11. She then says "she's 11 every year" and laughs. I was like excuse me. And she smirks. Nia's is like mommy! I was like I've been coming her 12 years, in this community 17. I don't have to lie and I was loud. So she's trying to calm me. I said don't worry about it, I'll get her passport. Everyone's looking, I ask the other customer am I tripping, she's like nah. I show her the passport and she's like oh I didn't mean it like that. She's real quiet when she does. I said you absolutely did, but I won't be coming back. I would leave now if I didn't have plans and no back up. No she's avoiding me, all the workers looking out the corner, and my girl is apologizing. I love heather's work but the owner was dead wrong. This is a customer service based industry, whether I was lying or not, there are better ways to handle this. The previous owner knew nia and myself by name. She still speaks and inquires when I see her around. I really hate this happened because otherwise it's a great group of ladies, their work is great. However, discrimination is discrimination and I hate to play the race card, but as I stated, I've visited this place for 12 years now, and I have never seen anyone else questioned or a remarked made about their child's age. read more

My friend and I went to get our nails done last Wednesday and to say we were disappointed was an understatement. 1 I had to wait almost a whole hour to get my nails done with a reservation 2 no one offered us any drinks when other nail techs offered their clients drinks 3 my friends set was short almond style maroon French tip nails and the French tip was half way down the nail and we even showed the tech a reference picture to help 4 my nail tech kept talking shit about the nail tech doing my friends nails 5 the nail tech doing my nails did one of them crooked and not completely on my nail and after asking him to fix it multiple times he said my nail was crooked 6 I had 3 nails acrylic nails pop off after 5 days of having them and I only worked 1 day out of the 5 days I've had them The only saving grace was that I was able to go in and have my nails that popped off fixed for free read more

Don't go here unless you have hours to spend in a salon. They always overbook so you wind up waiting and waiting even if you have an appointment. Their services are subpar and and more expensive than other salons in the area. I go there to relax and be pampered but by the time they get to you, you're stressed from having to wait. They just keep saying 5 more minutes, without offering an apology or maybe a discount for keeping you waiting for at least 1/2 an hour after your scheduled appointment. There are better salons within a short distance that will pamper you like you expect. read more

I've been coming to this salon since 2013. It used to be my favorite place to get my nails/toes done but I've seen it gradually going down hill the past year or so. Biggest complaint: The place is FILTHY and the technicians are not very friendly. The tables where they do the nails at are always dusty and greasy feeling. All of the equipment looked like it hasn't been cleaned in who knows how long. Second complaint: The technician barely spoke to me the whole time until she cut my fingers multiple times with the bur, then afterwards proceeded to be extremely nice to me. Unprofessional. Third complaint: They up charge for SO much and don't tell you until you're done. "Your nails were longer so it's 5$ extra." That's fine that they need to charge more for longer nails, but it's not ok to do it and not tell their customers until after the service has been done. Not all of this happened in the same visit, but this last time I went was my final visit. Mostly due to how disgusting it is in their salon read more

This place is awful. My real nail was cut under my fake nails and they just re glued it. My real nail! Even though the lady doing my nails knew it was broken and extremely sensitive, she was being so aggressive and would laugh when it hurt me like "haha sorry!" I went in to get a dip manicure. The color of the dip was way off from the picture depicted. The nail tech, told me next time to pick something lighter. (Like this was my fault - she also blamed it on the manufacturer). The original color looked horrible, so their solution was to put shellac over the dip polish. It's been about 4 hours since I had my nails done and they are already chipping. My cuticles are torn up. In their defense, they did offer to re-do my nails, but I let them know repeatedly that 1. I had an event that I needed to attend and time was limited. 2. I am not from the area, so I can't just come back so they can fix their horrible job. I asked for a refund, and "we don't do refunds" - so I am basically out of luck. This was a treat to myself, as times are tough - I received the complete opposite.) It ended up being more of a headache. Additionally, they originally asked me to sit right next to another client of theirs, not observing the 6-ft physical distancing rule. I also had to ask to be moved to a station that was clean. My new station was "clean", but there was nail dust and nail pieces all over the stand. All in all, I will NEVER come back. The "management" couldn't do anything and refused to provide me with my receipt information. Do yourself a favor and go to a clean, friendly nail salon because this one is far from it. I love this place! I went to get a simple fill/nail polish over acrylic, and only had 45 minutes. They were so fast, got it all done in 30! 15 minutes to dry and I was out the door with perfect nails, and they dried really fast too, no chips or scrapes in the polish, I don't know if they have control over that, but I'm happy! They do such a great job in such a short amount of time, I'm so excited to come back when I have more time to kill! read more

I went in for a full set of acrylics, I asked for Helen because she was recommended. My friend was getting a pedicure, her lady did a nice job on her nails and gave her a long massage. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. Helen was rude from the minute we started. My nails were crooked and there were scratch marks underneath the clear coat, the acrylic powder layer was extremely thin. Two days went by and my nail broke because of her lazy nail job, I went in she was rude once again but this time she was rough and proceeded to act like she was angry to see me. Do not go to this nail spa unless you are okay with poor treatment and terrible service. Definitely do not ask for Helen. read more

I've tried this salon a few times and have never been impressed. This last time has me pretty upset. I asked the lady doing my nails to make sure they weren't thick because she kept putting so much powder I was starting to worry. I really felt like she had no clue what she was doing and It was making me anxious to watch. She ended up grinding majority of the powder off but I didn't realize how much until she was done. They are literally as thin as my natural nails given that she also shaved down to nothing when she removed my previous nails. I had to have her go back numerous times to remove all the powder that had hardened underneath my nails from when she globbed it on. Not even 24 hours later one of them had already broken and I'm sure it won't be long before the next. Now I have to find time to go back which is not easy. Also, they continued to take every customer that came in even though customers were walking out because they waited much longer than they were told. If you can't handle the traffic be honest, don't waste our time because you don't want to lose out on a dollar. And don't let people without experience do the job. We don't pay for nail service so we can walk around with janky nails until we can find the time in our already busy schedule to come get them fixed. Ok I'm done. Lol read more

I've bein going here for a little while now to get my eyebrows waxed. They always do Ana amazing job. I went in recently to get them done again, the lady that was doing my eyebrows had never done my eyebrows before but I thought it was okay. She proceeded to do them, being VERY rough with my face and how she turned and positioned me. Had NO gloves on, touching all over my face with her bare hands.... and when I was done she didn't put any aloe on them.... the next day I broke out all over my forehead. Not to mention she didn't speak to me at all, and when she was done she was checking herself out in the mirror touching her face... i has never before had a problem here, but I will not be going back after this. read more

Worst experience at a nail salon. The lady attending me was in a rush and tossing things in front of me to pick my color. Wasn't gentle with my hands, pulled your arms to massage them when putting lotion on. Didn't wash tools before using them on my mom. Did only two strokes of the nail polish super fast on one nail. Would get mad if you didn't put your hand in the machine again after the first timer was up. Didn't take her time. Not clean, left an excessive amount of nail polish on my nails and left spots of nail polish on my hands. Also left all the dust from the acrylic nails she had taken off of me before.
