The tables, chairs, and people were packed in; hard to get to the bar or restroom from the ground floor. We had two guys sit at the end of their table (suppose to be one) blocking our view. They really crammed everyone in. It was a good time because of the friend I brought. I wouldn't go to Bingo Loco again unless I purchased a balcony seat and then you're less likely to score giveaways. I've heard seeing a musical performance there is great, I'd go back to try that experience. They say the doors open at 5:00, but we were there early and they had us standing in the heat for 30 minutes before the doors finally opened at 5:30. Not too impressed, but I'd give it a second chance with the right company and performer.

Very reasonable prices. Robbie F was a fantastic guitarist and story teller. The Venue provided a good atmosphere with 10-15 low top tables. On the edges of the room were high top seating. There was also a step up balcony with traditional chairs. It was a very intimate kind of concert and everyone had a good seat.

I come from a journalism and legal communications background, so I want to be sure that I am stating the facts as clearly and accurately as possible. My fiance and I visited Red Gate in late February to tour the place for our early October wedding. We loved it, and the individual who gave us the tour was incredibly kind and answered our questions. My fiance was especially excited by the fact that there was a miniature donkey available to help serve drinks. That's somewhat important for later. We did a soft hold for an October 9 wedding, but we were told we only had a few days to make a decision since October is an extremely popular month. We had toured another venue that same day that was well outside our budget range, while Red Gate seemed pretty affordable, so we agreed. A few weeks into searching out their recommended vendors was a stressful period of time, especially for my fiance. The vendors were quoting MORE than we were paying for the venue, and my fiance was becoming more and more distressed about the ballooning prices. Given complex family situations, we knew we'd have to foot most of the bill. The straw that broke the camel's back was when we spoke to a coordinator. Red Gate does NOT allow outside coordinators; they have a select list of vendors from whom you can choose, and that's it. The vendor we talked to was more than double the price of the venue, and we were quickly outside of our budget range that we had stated to our tour guide at Red Gate (the vendor was also going to charge for the donkey, which my fiance and I both thought we heard the tour guide say was included in the venue rental price). Since Red Gate does not allow outside coordinators, we sadly had to cancel. Red Gate tried to offer us a different date, but given that we have to move across the country shortly after our wedding for my job, we couldn't flex it. We toured and booked in February and canceled in late April. Which is plenty of time to rebook the October date that we were assured is the busiest time of the year and there was already someone else asking about that date. During the cancellation discussions, we found out that the contract specifies that there is no refund for cancelling. So, Red Gate has the audacity to charge us thousands of dollars for a service we are not going to use at all, a service that we ultimately decided is cheaper to cancel than to continue on, and a service they've probably already double-dipped on at this point. To say this is unethical is an understatement. I feel some responsibility on my part for not carefully looking through the contract, but we were excited and felt a little rushed being informed that someone else was asking about the date. The most Red Gate offered was to cancel the alcohol deposit, which goes a small way, but the right, human action to do would be to refund the whole amount seeing as how we are not going to use any of it. This is disappointing and shady behavior. I'm all too happy to delete this review should Red Gate contact me and offer a refund, but given that they've baked this into their contract, I'm not getting my hopes up.

We parked our car on Thursday and didn't get in it until Saturday when we went over to HHI. Right in the middle of everything and everything is walking distance. Shopping, dining, etc! Definitely THE PLACE to stay when visiting Bluffton.

We arrived in town a little early so we decided to call the front desk to see if we would be able to check in early and they immediately said yes. When we got to the hotel and parked, the staff were quite possibly the nicest and most helpful people I have ever met in my life. They were so kind and made the entire process super quick and easy, and the best part? A DOG! There's a little white dog who loves belly rubs and high fives that I very much enjoyed hanging out with anytime I was in the lobby. The room itself was a solid size and had two twin beds, some wonderful furniture, and a TV which is everything I could possibly want out of a simple room. Overall, The Bluffton Inn was a five star experience from the moment we checked in till the moment we checked out. With amazing staff, clean rooms, and even complimentary snacks, breakfast, and beverages in the lobby staying at this place in the future is an absolute no brainer.

They did an excellent job of helping us keep costs down while still making sure we had what we needed. We rented chairs, dishes, and tents. They delivered all the items and set up the tents exactly as scheduled and I was impressed with how nice the tents were. The tents they rent are definitely not the same quality as the pop-up tents you can buy so think twice before you try to stick several pop-up tents together. We had guest numbers fluctuate a couple times and Classic Party Rentals never batted an eye when we had to make changes to our order. Overall they were really easy to work with, made the rentals affordable, and were incredibly reliable.

We hired them to supply chairs for my daughter's wedding at Wright Square in Savannah, GA. The…read morecontract specified that they were to deliver chairs for 100+ guests, and the astroturf the city requires for events in the squares. Their representative met with us weeks ago and drew a diagram of the layout, and signed a contract to set up everything at 3:00 PM for a 5:00 ceremony. Our daughter was ready to walk down the isle by 4:45 as planned. Classic showed up after 5:00 PM with no diagram or layout, and proceeded to set up the chairs BACKWARDS! Several of our guests jumped into the fray and helped the Classic folks fix their mess and set up the remaining chairs. The chairs were all set up by 5:30, and our guests actually got to sit in them for 5 minutes before the ceremony began. It was a very short service (10 minutes or so) and the chairs began hitting the back of the truck as soon as the last guest started to walk across the street to the reception at Creative Coast on York. So, we paid $1000 for less than 15 minutes use of Classic's precious chairs. Roughly a dollar a minute per chair. It doesn't stop there. Because Classic Party Rentals was so late getting started, we had to pay for additional time for the photographers, the officiant, the off-duty police officer, the caterer, and the band. Even if Classic refunded 100% of our fee, we would still be out of pocket to the other vendors because of Classic's incompetence. So, if you don't care about event cost overruns, guests meandering around with no place to sit, wondering if they were in the right place, sign right up. If these kinds of incompetencies bother you, move on and find a different vendor.
