Just so you know there is no use in the first year of warranty bc they just refer you to the manufacturer and do not assist at all. I therefore waited for one day past the one year warranty. They took two wks to come and then four separate visits (which meant one month) to "fix" the issue. Three months later same issue recurred and I scheduled another appointment. The tech NEVER showed for the appointment. To make matters worse I attempted to confirm that the tech was coming within the window and utilized the online chat (which is AI and did not understand basic information) I then called the phone number and was informed that they could not give me an ETA, but assured me they would come AND that they would call. None of those things happened so the appointment was an no show. When I went to reschedule the appointment online I noticed it was automatically canceled and I could no longer just reschedule online. I have spent over 40 minutes attempting to reach a human with no success. This has been a horrible experience.
