I confirmed with lady at tent that they would be there for finals and was told "yes we are usually the last ones out of the park!" Was back in STL for finals(so you are either a finalist or champion, no question about it) and NO tent to be seen on the finals day, Sunday. Emailed them and asked if it was possible to mail out a patch since they were not there. Was told...."We are at soccer tournaments all of the time & have orders that either forgot to come by or this or that and need to add the free champs or finalist logo to their item. What we do is have you bring your item to any soccer tournament that we are attending and we will put the patch on your item for you, no questions asked. We are not able to send you the logo, we are very sorry." I then asked when they would be in the KC area and was told "It will most likely be in January." I replied that I would be willing to pay the $1.50 or whatever the cost would be to mail a patch out.....also stated that I could provide proof through a photo that I purchased a hoodie. Never heard back from them again! Yes, it's just a silly patch, I wouldn't be so bothered if I hadn't specifically asked, I probably wouldn't have purchased the overpriced hoodie if I had known they wouldn't have been there and held up to their end of bargain. Now they want me to try to find them at some local tourney *sometime* in January. Still unsure why they couldn't just mail out a patch since this is on them.

First it was $10 each just to print a single name on t-shirts I already had. There was also an extra fee to "rush" the order, all of which I had to pre-pay. The nice gentleman assured me that it wasn't a problem to have them done by Monday & he would call me when done. After not receiving a call Monday, I called first thing Tues morning & left a message. After a second call, I got a call back. T-shirts not done-she didn't realize it was a rush order- she would call me when done. Finally got a call about noon they were done but some of the print that was preprinted on my shirts had rubbed from one shirt onto another. No apology, just fact. When I went to pick them up, the print girl said their machine gets pretty hot, but she'd never had that happen. "You can probably scrub it off with a brush or try to iron it off with your iron." No apology for it taking longer or for 2 of the 3 shirts being messed up. Not good customer service & I will not use them again.

As recently as 4-5 months ago, they completed a custom hat order that turned out great, which made this experience even more disappointing. I recently placed an order of over $600 for additional hats alone, along with custom Under Armour and Patagonia garments, and the results were unacceptable. The stitching quality on the hats was extremely poor, and a newly provided logo file--which included our company name--was incorrectly digitized. The final product significantly distorted the logo and added extra lines randomly. When I approved the digital layout, my understanding was that it was for sizing and placement only. Given our long history and the fact that they had previously stitched this same logo correctly, I did not expect the logo itself to be altered or misrepresented. This order was for an important company event, and receiving flawed products the day before created a major issue. Unfortunately, communication during this time was difficult, and there was no meaningful ownership taken for either the logo error or the poor workmanship. I made multiple attempts to follow up via email and phone, including reaching out to ownership, but did not receive a satisfactory response. This was a very disappointing experience, especially considering our past relationship. I was preparing to place a much larger order for my crews, and my brother's company was also considering using them. That business will now be going elsewhere.

He acted like I was an inconvenience for asking questions and dismissed me completely. Not only was he rude to me, but I also witnessed him speaking down VERY POORLY to other employees in front of customers, which was extremely uncomfortable! There's clearly a lack of professionalism and leadership here -- it was honestly disappointing and made me not want to return. I hope corporate takes note of how management is being handled at this location and the toxic environment this individual is causing.
