The work that these agents do can be done by anyone. They have no connections in the industry. I witnessed my agent "working" for me. She would just call the listing agent on a property that I liked and ask if they would be willing to take me for a higher deposit. When they said no, she would say thanks and move on. They sent me a bunch of properties that I was not eligible for and DID NOT place me. They promised that they'd do a soft pull on your credit, but they did a hard inquiry. What sense does it make to lower the credit score of someone already working to fix it. Why provide verbal guarantees when you know that very little work is done to place your clients? After convincing me that they could find me a home and taking my payment, my agent assured me that I could be placed by saying that she recently placed a person with a felony terrorist charge. Seriously! Please do not waste your time or money. Admittedly I only dealt with Natalie and Jamie. I am very disappointed with this company. I left them with less money, no home, a lower credit score, and wasted time.
