Rather than paying $440/month for unlimited daycare (which is already expensive), PetSuites decided that Puppy Preschool (where the dogs stay in a kennel for MOST of the day besides two thirty minute play session) was NEARLY DOUBLE THE COST OF TRADITIONAL DAYCARE. The website is deliberately misleading about the monthly daycare membership and falsely advertises the services they offer. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE. We will gladly take our puppy to another daycare that doesn't mislead clients and takes significantly better care of the animals in their care.

They did a fantastic job, and really care about the health of your animal! One of the stitches didn't fall out after her teeth cleaning, so I brought her in and they fixed it in 5 minutes with no charge. They were particular about the way his food was packaged, no big deal but tell me that when I make the appointment. Like send an email or something with "to do's". I've always put his food in a single gallon zip lock bag when I've dropped him off but this was the only time it was mentioned. No biggie but they could be on the same page or consistent with what they want. When I picked my pup up, it smelled badly in there and on the cameras, the dogs seemed to be unhinged. He came out extremely high energy, still well from the bath they gave, but very thirsty. When we got in the truck, I let him drink out of my water bottle and when we got home I filled his bowl 3x in 10 mins with water. Later that day he had the poops which lasted 3 whole days. Randomly runny poop throughout the day which he hasn't had since he was 6 months old. Not sure if they booked too many and were less attentive but again, this time was different. Still gave 4 stars because this is the first time out of all of my visits that this has been an issue but for $450 (this includes the $57 tip I left) things could've been better.

It has become a routine EVERY TIME. When I had called the establishment about his situation, they told me no one was sick during his stay, but he was completely fine before we had left. The place can sometimes be overrun with so many dogs at times and I just wish there was honesty with his stay when asked.
