The way they handled the situation, didn't know what happened and never got back to me, was wrong and not how you conduct business. Was no one outside with them? They were HUGE bite marks. Now my doggy doesn't like bigger dogs and has a problem with dogs in general. It completely tramatized him and he is different which upsets me to no end because he was great with everybody. I searched for a reasonable explanation without success. The phone receptioist in Keller helped me locate a clinic nearer to me. I was able to make a same-day appoinyment readily. All my pre-appointment questions about services, costs, etc. were courteously answered, so, no surprises. Most importantly, my kitty underwent thorough and reasonable care. Both the vet tech and veterinarian explained their actions before all actions. We discussed potential diagnoses and options to get to the cause. I was offered choices for each test and treatment. As we departed with a plan for follow-up, i was encouaged to call anytime for lack of improvement or worse. Very reasoable fees. Convenient hours. Clean. Clinic design ensures separation of pet families throughout visit.

These people are scammers. Or incompetent…read more They charged me $81 for a consultation with a vet prior to a dog dental cleaning. I was told she didn't need any extractions or special procedures and that they'd EMAIL me the estimate. Why am I being emailed an estimate after I'm gone? Shouldn't I be able to ask questions to the vet I just paid $81 to see? Well, they sent me numerous emails over the next couple days but no estimate. I had to call and ask for it twice. They sent it the day before the surgery. $860 for a "routine" dental. That is HUNDREDS more than other places charge. And why could I receive emails asking me to rate them, but not their ridiculous estimate that they felt I was just supposed to accept no questions asked the day before the procedure? I canceled. Went to my old vet 40 min away. Surprise! She DID need extractions, so I'm not sure what the point of that $81 consultation was. My vet said she had a hole in one of her teeth he could have put an instrument ALL THE WAY through it! How was that missed if they really looked at her? They charged me for nothing and then would have called me during the procedure that it would be more. After 2 extractions AND cleaning, it was still $325 CHEAPER than just their estimate for a "routine cleaning."

Luna was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism in June of 2025 and now takes medication twice daily. If left at home with her sister cats she would not get her medication due to hiding when the caretaker entered the house. We booked a two week stay at the Scratching Post while we traveled. I thought she would hide her whole time at the Inn, but to our surprise it was the opposite. During our daily updates we learned after the first 2 days of being shy she opened up to the staff. She enjoyed spending time with them, petting, scratches and followed them around, the word velcro kitty was used one day. She was very well taken care of during her stay. She is already scheduled for another stay at the Inn.

Even the rooms they keep them in are so much better than cages you see at other places. No cages here! They have little townhomes, standard suite or deluxe suite. I chose standard since I didn't think she needed the bigger room since it was just her. They also update you with pics and how their day went. If you can't tell I was incredibly pleased with this place.

When I dropped him off, I specifically declined the late-night treat because I know my dog does not like peanut butter. However, when I picked him up the next day around 2:00 PM, I was surprised to find charges on my bill for both a "late" pickup and the late-night treat that I had declined. The most concerning issue, however, was my dog's condition when he came home. He was covered in fleas. Prior to his stay, he did not have a flea problem, and he had even been to the vet the day before boarding with no issues noted. Finding him infested immediately after boarding was extremely upsetting. Not only was this uncomfortable for my dog, but it also created a problem in my home that now requires treatment and additional expense. In addition, my dog is normally very high energy, but when he came home he slept the entire first day, which was highly unusual for him and added to my concern about his overall condition after his stay. Between the unexpected charges and the flea issue, this was a very disappointing experience. I would encourage pet owners to carefully review their invoices and thoroughly inspect their pets after pickup.

I brought my anxious and sometimes snippy dog in recently as a test to see if she could handle it. I have groomed her the post 5 years and today I took her in. She did so well!! She didn't snip or growl at the groomers. I credit them for her being comfortable and calm during her bath, cut, and nail trim. So happy to find a good place to take my furbabies. They shaved her tail and didn't come close to a teddy bear cut. All for $179. I figured something bad had happened when it took 15 minutes for someone to finally greet me at the front. One of the workers in the back saw me when I walked in but wouldn't get off her phone to respond. She finally came to the front when she finished her call.
