Then, Adriana sweetly introduced herself to my dog (they became instant friends), & Adriana had me explain what was needed. My dog jumped in the van (that stayed in my driveway). Then, when done, Adriana texted me again, & I retrieved a very happy & perfectly groomed dog. Woohoo! The grooming itself was sloppy too they left a long forgotten lock of hair on one ear and gave her an uneven face trim that looks nothing like the teddy bear inspiration photo I showed them. However, I'm super picky about the groomers for my pup, and COVID-19 made it hard for me to feel comfortable sending her anywhere to get groomed. Luckily, I came across the site for Petlocks and saw all the wonderful work Lee has done on her clients! Mali is a 10 lb senior maltese-poodle mix. It has been about 8 months since her last grooming (I personally trimmed her every month). Mali was scared at first (like always), but looked so comfortable and at home when I came to pick her up at the groomers! I've never seen her so comfortable before, so I knew she was in good hands.
