I got someone on the first two rings, when i called, that was super friendly and helpful. Nothing worst than feeling rushed on the phone when asking questions. When I went in for glasses Jodi was very knowledgeable about finding and fitting my frame as well as knowing what progressive lens supported my prescription. I work on computers all day so they set me up with an affordable computer pair of glasses as well. The staff were super friendly and I will continue to tell everyone I know about this wonderful optical and how helpful, timely, and knowledgeable the staff is here. Also, when I picked up my glasses and contacts!! I found a perfect pair of Costa sunglasses for my beach vacation that will also work for when I go deep sea fishing with my guy.

I was getting "real" glasses for the first time. I had been wearing readers for years, but I…read moreFINALLY went to the eye doctor and found I had both close up and distance vision issues. Long story short - the doctors office, where I got my prescription made a HUGE error of entering my prescription into their system, so what printed out and was taken to Vision 4 Less was an erroneous prescription for me I had two pair of glasses made and could only see clearly out of my right eye. When I covered my left eye, I could see great! But, without covering my left eye, I was so dizzy with the wrong prescription, I thought I was having a stroke when I drove away. I turned around and the VERY professional and kind staff at Vision 4 Less rechecked everything. We determined that the prescription (in the left eye) was wrong and they gave me a note to take to my eye doctor for a recheck. Well, the eye doctor's office manager caught the mistake before I had to go in for a recheck. Someone erroneously entered a negative sign, which should have been positive. SO, I drove back to Vision 4 Less and they were waiting for me and treated me so well. What was a stressful situation was made pleasant due to the manager and staff at Vision 4 Less on McArthur Drive in Alexandria LA. I can't give a better rating. They are ALL so professional and good at what they do. Keep up the excellent work!!!

My glasses wound up being a special order due to the type of lens I wear and when it came back, we found out the doctor I went to wrote me the wrong Rx. Thanks to the scratch/UV protection I got, lens are covered and reordered with the correct Rx this time, no hassle! Can't wait to get my new glasses! There is a one year warranty on frames and scratch protection covers lenses for one year as well. Go check them out!

Have always had the best care and the friendliest treatment! He was condescending when I asked a question about his recommendation and he was reluctant to put my daughter in the correct contacts to correct her vision because he claimed "while there was a change clinically, there wasn't a change practically." Even though she told him that she saw a difference multiple times during the appointment. I am disappointed that I ever took her to see him and I'm even more disappointed that I paid as much as I did to be spoken to the way I was spoken to. We'll return to our normal eye doctor for now on and will not ever consider seeing Dr. Ziegler again.
