I received the glasses on July 17. Within a week one of the lenses fell out. I went back to Vision Hub and they made an adjustment. A week later lens fell out again. Finally on 3rd time they ordered new glasses on August 12. On September 3 I went to Vision Hub to ask about my glasses-have STILL not come in!! An employee told me a manager was not available but he would be sure to tell them I was pissed, and someone would call me back. September 4-I went back to Vision Hub, told same employee-OR ANYONE- has called me back. He told me the regional manager was coming in tomorrow(September 5) and would be bringing in my new frames- not what I was told was ordered on August 12! It is now September 5. No one has called me back-ever; I STILL do not have my glasses-I don't know for sure the new pair, a warranty replacement, was ever in fact ordered. Once past the rude "welcomless" desk of black clad employees, the experience was more pleasant and attentive including the optometrist, but after the examination, the staff again became curt and appeared rushed and bothered. I am displeased with my lenses I received. I have worn corrective glasses for 50 years and know when the lenses are misaligned. Because the person peeping to order new lenses was in such a rush when getting the proper measurements for the lenses I believe they were ordered incorrectly. I know they will not be bothered by such a survey since they primarily deal with Medicare clients, but I will not grace their door again.
