However, I do prefer shopping at the Kroger next door if I'm in the area, and I tend to limit my trips to this Publix for last-minute items I need when I'm shopping at Ansley Mall. Having a Suntrust branch located inside the store is a great touch. It's super-convenient to be able to bank and shop at the same place. I also think the produce section is nice, but the layout can be a little cramped and crowded during peak shopping times. If you're a Publix fan, you won't be disappointed. It can be tricky finding gluten free items as they are mixed in with the regular items. Perhaps if I shopped here more often, I'd figure it out!

They constantly override prescriptions written by my doctor saying that have expired when in reality I have 3 months left of refills and somehow someway these prescriptions just disappear and these are considered "controlled prescriptions!" Need I say more? Yes the Publix Pharmacy located on 10th Street is just as horrible! And the Pharmacist and techs at both these pharmacies have absolutely no social skills as well! The thing about doctors and pills they prescribe is that it is all made in a lab with chemicals and often times they come with even more side effects than what they actually solve. As a holistic person who has never been on any prescribed medication, taking what was supposed to help ended up doing quite the number on me. Thank god my friend told me to come here. I was here on Friday and back to work on Monday in better spirits thanks to an anxiety tincture they make! LIFE CHANGING! The store has a huge array of snacks and candy, including both the pre-packaged kind and the kind you shovel out of plastic bins. (The latter includes chocolate-, yogurt-, and peanut-butter-covered pretzels; malt balls; sesame sticks; trail mix; chocolate-covered raisins, etc.). There is a freezer full of frozen food options with a microwave and plastic utensils. A fridge full of drinks. A Keurig coffee maker. Lots of typical convenience store items, e.g., pain relief and hygiene items, greeting cards. The store also offers laundry and dry cleaning with next day service. There is a shoe shining station, though I've never seen anyone using it. Cash only for purchases under $5 (or something low like that). The woman who runs it is really friendly and wants to be as helpful as possible. If there's anything you want that she doesn't have, she'll try to get it.

Terresa and Christina, the lovely administrators, are always helpful and a delight to see, and Dr. Fowler is very practiced at a specific art of chiropractic care that is not your usual back-cracking methodology. He carefully checks alignment of the spine and readjusts in a method that feels more like light acupressure touch, and importantly, also seeks to correct unhelpful life patterns that may be causing the misalignment, offering much advice on exercises and proper posture, nutrition, and other holistic care.
