The staff is consistently welcoming and supportive when my husband and I visit, which is almost every day! The store is always clean and well stocked with energy drinks I need as well as the best clearance section! read more

I came here to see what time they open today. I was shocked that there were bad reviews. I love going to Vitamin Shoppe. I visit the store weekly and sometimes multiple times a week. Everyone is welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. The entire Crunch Fitness fam loves our Vitamin Shoppe fam. read more

The district manager contact me and took care of my issue. I found out it was the store manger that was rude and looking and staring at everyone. I went back in a couple of weeks later. It was a different store. I found out that let go of that store manager. I shop there all the time now. read more

The shop was well organized and clean. The manager Susan is very rude and disrespectful. I walked in the door after a white couple who were greeted by her and she just looks at me like I don't belong. After that and watching how she treats her workers I decided to leave and took my business else where. read more

Worst vitamin shoppe I have ever been. The manager is an annoyed, Ill-tempered lady. Poor customer service skills!

Went in a couple days ago, spoke with a gentleman who was apparently new but very pleasant. Another employee named Blake came to assist him and was extremely good at customer service and answered all my questions. Then I got to checkout and the store manager checked me out. She was EXTREMELY rude. Had a phone call from a customer when checking me out and said she didn't have time to go look at a price for her and rolled her eyes, in the parking lot the customer checking out next to me said she is always extremely ugly to people and her sister had placed a complaint and received no reply. I will go back for the service I received but they need to get a store manager in there with a personality read more
