As a Gold member I've been a loyal Vitamin Shoppe customer for years, although the 32 Court Street location is definitely one to avoid! Aside from being lazy and slow to fill an online pickup order, they selected the wrong products and then refused to consider making an adjustment of two 30 serving container to account for the 60 serving container which they didn't have in stock (in spite of the app showing it as available). The clerk wanted to charge me an additional $13 for their screw up, and then said I could call "customer service" to cancel the order. Anyone who has ever dealt with Vitamin Shoppe customer service via email, chat, or phone knows they're among the worst in the industry. Do yourself a favor and save the headache by avoiding the rude and incompetent staff at Vitamin Shoppe on Court Street. GNC will get all my nutritional supplement business moving forward! read more

This vitamin store has Stairs when you enter the Store. so if you have physical condition, it's going to be Hard to get there. It's safe to say that I will NOT be visiting or purchasing anything from this location again. I placed an online order for pickup at this particular location because it was more convenient for me since I was going to be in the area. I arrived at about 10am on a weekday & when I walked in no one greeted me & I could not figure out who or where the employees were. Let me tell you why that is. The man had on a black Nike Tech sweatsuit with the hood on. No badge, not even a T-shirt with a logo or anything so that he's identifiable by customers. That's not even half of it! When I did figure out that he was an employee & I engaged in conversation by saying "GOOD MORNING" so that I can get my belongings and leave he seemed to have an attitude. Like Sir, what?!? Doesn't say good morning in return just a "What's ya name" with an attitude & demeanor as if he didn't want to be there. I just don't understand some people that work in customer service. I ended up having to return what I purchased about 4 days later & the atmosphere was literally the same minus the Nike Tech. Someone walked in asking for Sea moss & instead of showing her, the man who I believe was the manager just waves his hand and says it was in the back. Located right across from the B Heights NYSC, I often stop by this Vitamin Shoppe to pick up supplements, protein powders, vitamins and steroids. Ok, so I lied they don't have steroids... at least not to my knowledge. This Vitamin Shoppe is no different than the others I've been to in terms of quality of service or products available. Not good but not bad, just so so. It does the trick though and its spot across from a gym was a smart move. The meatheads need their juice. read more

I stopped by the Vitamin Shoppe after work to get a few essentials - Thayers Rose Petal Witch Hazel, jojoba and tea tree oil. It was fairly empty when I arrived, and since it's a small store everything is sort of crammed together, so it took me minute to find what I needed. There was one rep on the floor, and when I asked if he could grab a high item he happily agreed and was able to assist in finding another item. He was nice to every person that came in, and it was refreshing. Thayers is cheaper here than on Amazon, so I'm glad I bought it here. When I needed to return the oils (found them much cheaper elsewhere), the same rep was there to help and it was a quick and easy process. The store is clean, organized, and perfect if you need something quick! They even have an assortment of snacks and refrigerated drinks. read more

This Vitamin Shoppe location is not as massive as some that I've been to but a smaller store size doesn't mean limited selection. Very reasonable prices and really useful discounts when you use your store card. read more

I visited this location to pick up a multi vitamin and an appetite suppressant. The gentleman on staff was very helpful and tried his best to give me a recommendation. The guy helping me and I approached the supervisor or manager in the store for assistance with a question that he wasn't sure of. The supervisor was very standoffish and short with her answers which made me uncomfortable and so I decided not to buy anything from this location. When I left I told the woman thank you as I left the store she didn't even acknowledge me. Very rude. Note to The Vitamin Shoppe: please train the woman supervisor who worked on Saturday May 9, 2015 at 2pm on effective customer service. I will not visit this location again. read more

Super nice folks. Smaller than the Flatbush Ave location, but deceptively well stocked (they have ladders to get to the top shelves). I needed a veggie-based protein powder and the guy working the floor was dead set on helping me find what I wanted. He made suggestions without trying to upsell me and climbed at least 3 ladders to get something down for me. Of course, the selection isn't as good as online (when is it ever?), but it worked in a pinch. read more
