I've been to the store several times and they have never failed to be friendly and helpful. They recently added a kombucha bar and the lady at the counter took the time to show me how to use the tap without making a mess. Great store. Great Stuff. Great Prices. Not so great Customer Service. I had a question and the girl who was sitting and placing products on the shelves merely looked at me as I said, "Excuse me.". As I notices she was not going to get up and expect the exchange to continue as she stayed sitting, I laughed and said, "Oh ok. from there?" She got off the chair in an obviously grumpy manner and said, "What?" She said, "What" to the customer. No, I am not high and mighty, however, it is basic work ethics to not do such a thing. It is easy to have zero tolerance for people whom clearly do not care about their jobs. If she ever loses this job, she will live through the, what seems never-ending pains and anguish of trying to find a job around here. Especially in Brownsville. It is time to be an adult and realize that when you have a job, you have the responsibility to wear the uniform and represent the company well. To simply be a a good worker.
