While it appears mostly as a retailer that specializes in high quality supplements, Arrowroot Farmacy has a fantastic cafe! FANTASTIC! For those with dietary restrictions, this is the place. Everything is sourced responsibly, is vegan, gluten free and organic. The remedy teas, smoothies, granola, pastries, soup, sandwiches and salads are designed by Debbi and Rabia, the providers who offer clinical and integrative nutrition and herbalist consultations (wow). Staff is extremely helpful with both supplements and the cafe menu. Arrowroot is my go to for a meet up with a friend, a quick and filling/healthy/delicious meal, or a caffeinated pick me up. Strongly recommend the daily soup (they're ALL good but I love astragalus vegetable), the Lion's Mane Lentil Loaf, and hot Matcha Blend. You can't go wrong. Dale always gives great recommendations. The menu changes weekly and the grab and go muffins and cookies pair well with the beverages. You can also order food to go.
