Not sure if they hired a new manager but this is my first time interacting with this individual and it was the worst experience I ever had here. She was very conversational and nice to the customer ahead of me but when she began interacting with me at the register, the vibe shifted. She was curt and non-friendly and when I asked her questions on the product she'd have an attitude and would answer quickly and she was standing away from the register to it was hard to hear her, so when I asked her to repeat herself she visibly looked annoyed at me and would answer in an annoyed tone. This made me not even want to ask any questions on the product so I asked her to just let me see them that way I didn't have to keep asking, which it clearly bothered her when I asked ANY question. When I asked her if I did something to upset her she said "well you kept asking me to repeat myself and customers aren't allowed to touch product" To me that wasn't reason enough to justify mistreatment and clearly a flagrantly nasty attitude towards a customer. I asked to speak with a manager and all I was told is "everyone has bad days" I hope she is reprimanded and talked because I wanted to cry when leaving just from how she treated me and how because I had to stand up for myself. I've used this company about 5 times now and haven't had a bad experience. I use it to sleep and to dull pain. I sleep much better. I use the tincture and cannot comment on their other products. One bottle is about $50 and lasts me about 5 to 6 weeks. Tincture tastes awful, you can put it in a drink but it's heavy and will sink to the bottom if you don't stir the hell out of it and even then will still end up on the bottom making your last sip awful. Just suck it up and put it under your tongue and rinse it down with your favorite drink. I would recommend it.

Employees are discouraged from making reasonable decisions, even when the circumstances are obvious. I do not fault the cashier.
