I haven't ordered from it yet because I was in a hurry and trying to pick up a few things before I had to go back to work but I will try it soon. I do have to remember next time to bring my own reusable bag. They have bags but as most places in Colorado now they will charge which is understandable. It was a nice reusable bag with handles. I bought tea, shortbread cashew cookies, chocolate puff pastry rolls, Indian style sesame brittle, two different kinds of mango pickles in jars, tandoori paste for chicken, green tea, quick chai cardamom flavored mix, jackfruit chips snd sweet banana chips. Next time I should use a cart instead of a basket. I enjoyed my return trip a lot and will be back again a lot sooner than I was before.

In the cosmetics section which is completely caged off from the rest of the store--I had to wait for an employee to unlock a case just to purchase a $6 eyeliner. The associate then escorted me to a separate, gated checkout area and seemed visibly annoyed to even assist me. The entire interaction felt uncomfortable and unnecessarily restrictive. Meanwhile, there were multiple employees stationed at the exit checking every receipt, yet inside the store there were no open registers and very little visible support for customers. Everything was self-checkout, and the staff who were present didn't appear engaged or helpful. Rather than making customers feel suspected or inconvenienced, it would go a long way to have more attentive, professional staff available to explain policies and provide a better shopping experience. On top of that, the store itself felt run down, which is surprising given its location in a well-kept area like Highlands Ranch. Overall, this experience left a very negative impression.

White cake with apricot preserves and fresh sliced strawberries for the filling. Buttercream frosting with colorful flowers on top and also cascading down the side.
