Both times i got there and the door was locked with no explanation on the front door. Plus, the hours were on the front door stating that they should have been open. The third time, they were open. I came in and bought some pre-workout. I opened it the next day to find it was unsealed and all of the preworkout powder was hard as a rock. Plus, the scooper (which usually is buried) was sitting on the top as if someone opened it up and took a scoop before it was sold. Now i dont blame the vitamin shoppe for this one because the preworkout had plastic shrink wrap on the outside, so it probably happened before vitamin shoppe got it, but overall bad vibes. i returned it and while i was going to grab a replacement, i decided to look up the preworkout on amazon.
