My slice was so underbaked. The pizza dough from the tip of the slice towards the crust was so doughy, raw and soggy/mushy. You couldn't hold the slice properly in your hands without the toppings and cheese falling straight down. Had to eat the pizza with a fork and knife !!! Instead of trying to problem solve or expressing concern, the pharmacist told me that this didn't happen to other people. I understand that individual responses vary and that the pharmacy is not responsible for my specific reaction, but to have a serious reaction to their product and to be responded to in a way that felt like blaming the patient was not great. I found some of the people that I spoke with there pleasant, but most of them to be very rude and abrupt. I will not be using them again and do not recommend them.
