They have obviously all the gym supps, vitamins & minerals and of course everything in-between from probiotics to Lenny & Larry's cookies! My first experience with this location was mixed. I ordered two boxes of protein bars for pickup and never got the responding email that order was ready. Contact to Corporation thru website was returned so not spam. Arrived at store with nothing in hand to pickup order. Nice woman assisted and made order pickup easy. She found order and provided it. Opened the bag to find a box of protein bars open, and all bars loose, and appeared to be missing one. Just to right of register were multiple boxes of same new flavor sealed. The employee apologized, said she did not pack order, and quickly exchanged. Also asked about a discontinued flavor of One bars and she found some and they were on discount also. Bought those and left feeling all ended well overall. Location appears relatively new and clean. read more

I came in to return vitamins that were not opened and purchased the day before. I am told all sale are final and I should have been told. I was never told when I made the purchase. I was very upset because I'm told because of the COVID they can't. Uhm.... COVID is a respiratory problem. If I sneeze/cough on a counter and wipe it with a disinfectant then there is no COVID on the counter. Makes no sense their policy and it's deceiving to all the customers who are use to shopping here and returning items. I asked for the corporate office but the store supervisor assisted me. I thank her for allowing the returns but I will never shop at a Vitamin Shoppe again. Amazon sells everything much cheaper anyways. read more

I'm a regular customer at this location, and have to say the Customer service provided to me has been unsatisfactory. I walk in to this location roughly twice a week to purchase in store. The manager does not help resolve customer service related issues. I do not feel welcomed as a customer there. And felt disrespected after an issue with a transaction. read more

I normally don't review big name chain stores but I have to make an exception in this case. I'm reviewing the vitamin shoppe in coconut creek at the end of the publix plaza next to la fitness. What makes this vitamin store top notch is the employees, especially one in particular. His name is cliff. He's been there for many years cause that's how long I've been shopping there. I actually buy almost all of my supplements off amazon but I do get a few things at vitamin shoppe. This guy cliff is so good as soon as I walk in the store he's already getting my supplement for me!!! He justs asks, natural calm today??? I say yes and he goes and gets it. That's world class customer service. I definitely recommend going to this particular location. Actually, most if not all the employees there have been great. They always greet you when you come in and are always willing to help you find something. Sure, there are many other vitamin stores in the area with more selection such as tunies but tunies doesn't have good customer service. The store is awesome however the employees and the owner suck. They could care less if you're there or not. Visit and support this vitamin shoppe. You'll be glad you did!!! read more

I love vitamin shoppe but this locations sales people are super annoying. They follow you around the store and hover. I indulged a salesperson today and was actually recommended the incorrect product. Went back for an exchange. But honestly, just let us shop and look around. I can read and find what I'm looking for, plus it's nice to browse. We know you're there, if we need something or have a question we'll ask. Kind of dread coming here because of it. Nice big store. Located right in the end of the plaza. The GPS may think otherwise. They are open till 9pm like most Vitamin Shoppe's are. Have to mention it since some store have closed before the stipulated time. The staff was very friendly and assisted me in finding the right vitamin. The selection somehow was a little narrow and they did not have the one I was looking for. They made it up to inform me as soon as they have in stock. They get their inventory on Monday and Thursday mornings. Any how, I ended up buying something else. Was pleasant and friendly experience. Will go back again. read more

I always buy my ear candles at the Vitamin Shoppe. I called to make sure they had some in stock and spoke with Mark and he told me yes they did come right on in. When I arrive Mark greeted me at the counter and led me to where the ear candles were located. There were several different varieties such as lavender, clover, beeswax and paraffin. They come in two or four candles per package. I chose the four pack because I'm using 2 and I'm using 2 on dad's ears. I also saw some pure protein complete cookies and protein bars that looked like they could taste good I haven't tried them yet but I also thought that the extra protein would be good for my father. In case you don't know what ear candles are they work like they siphon with a suction Factor when lit. You put the small end into your ear and light the big end and it actually extracts yeast and wax out of your ears naturally. Dad has been having some trouble hearing all of a sudden the last few days so I thought maybe he might have an accumulation of earwax and the easiest way to get it out safely and naturally is with ear candles. The store is located on Lyons Road and Winston Park Boulevard easy to find clean bright and very organized. There are vitamins there are protein mixes cookies shampoo herbal remedies you name it it's here, they even have natural honey and bee pollen. Of course I will come back there are so many holistic medicines that I want to try. It's so much better having a natural alternative to go to instead of relying on Western medicine. I do not like Western medicine at all, the side effects are terrible from all of the pills that they give you. this way with the Vitamin Shoppe I can feel healthy and balanced naturally. read more

I needed some advice and the guy there (forgot his name, mature,white male) was the best he knew what I needed and I can wait to start my supplements! Two people working, there was one other customer who left, and I was looking for a list of supplements for at least 7 minutes and not one person came to help me. when this employee walked by me, he looked uninterested as I said "Can you?"he walked right past me. When I went into the store the guy that was working helped us find what we needed and was very friendly. However, terrible customer service afterwards. I bought a box of bars and when I got home the same day I noticed that one bar was missing, and I had paid for the full box. Called right away and told them about it, and obviously they didn't want to take responsibility for the issue. Apparently the manager was busy but the employee I spoke to informed me that I would get a call me in a few minutes, so I left my number. No call, even the next day. It's just not worth it for me to go to the store and have to deal with this customer service, but I am definitely not returning again. read more
