I've been coming here since they opened. I've seen the managerial staff change. One thing hasn't is that the folks that work here know their products. If I'm not sure of something, I ask. And they take the time to have a conversation with me to figure it out. Can't sleep at night? Let's talk about it. Teen can't swallow the vitamin? Let's talk options. And those products that weren't a good fit? They take them back. I love this store. LOVE it. read more

Couple of weeks ago I ordered natural curves. At the time I was told. It would take just a few days to come from the warehouse. Well after a week I decided to drop by the store to see what's up. There I encounter Steve . I ask Steve about my order. First Steve was rude when he took my info. Then he said that my order couldn't be filled and there's none in the warehouse. He said I should go to another to buy it. Then 2 days later I went to another store to buy the natural curves. About 2 days later I received an email that my order was in. So I think someone better talk to Steve. Because that was lousy customer service. I'll still go to the store because the manger was wonderful. read more

This is a relatively new store and it's just as bright and cheery as the rest. You walk in and you're greeted by someone that wants to help you out. They even looked up what I bought the last time from another location I frequent because I forgot one thing. Great service! read more

I am a regular customers at this location ever since they opened. Today I went to buy Coq10 to be exact. So when they read this they know exactly who I am and what situation. There were only two on the shelf. So when i approached the counter for purchase the cashier said to me as quote, " I can give you $10 off if you get the other bottle." It was the last bottle of the shelf. I replied you can? At that moment i knew something was not right. This chain franchise never give store cash discount unless it's a sale or your rewards. So I said to her ok. She rung the two items up and automatically sent my receipt to my email address. So I asked where is my receipt she claim oh the receipt goes automatically to your email. I said no it doesn't. She than began to have an attitude but proceeded to print the receipt. As I sat in my car again my instinct told me read the receipt. The cashier used my own $10 rewards that I accumulated from previous purchases and worded it saying "l" can give you a discount when she was applying my own rewards money. So i returned the second bottle and she had to figure out how to apply my rewards to the single purchase. So what she had to do was credited my credit card the full amount of the second bottle plus my $10 reward money. Deception is a bitch! You saw me a black woman and you thought you can trick me. Never judge a book by its cover. I knew you were up to no good but i needed the receipt for the proof. Don't trust the email receipt because I reviewed its not detailed or itemized as the paper receipt. read more
