I also because of a few (not at fault) auto accidents I have severe pain in my entire part of my body and every limb. I've had 5 surgeries not including the manual flipping back over of my liver where it was stuck for 8 months and I couldn't even stand up straight. I can't hold my arms at my side and press and release with out falling over nearly passing out from debilitating pain. I haven't done my hair in 9 years I have a disabled sticker hanger over my mirror the farthest one away incase someone comes who is more disabled than I am.. my hips will only last another 10 years. So when people call for help in customer service, there is a reason why. I am appalled at the horrible customer service this chain on Wolf Rd in Albany NY. I have been a customer for years and they are always quick to get people in and out so they can get back to chatting and they always do the security check when u get there ''can I help u find anything I was in customer service worked for an international corporation a municipality prior to that. I even started out in retail at the mall.. but these ladies kind of gave me an attitude when I asked if someone could help me. I asked (in lieu of respect to a law suit they would have had if I got it myself because I have poor equilibrium and a tendency to fall.) The woman said to me oh there is a step over here (it was heavy and I wouldn't be able to move it). She's like well I'm not sure if I can get on it either. Shouldn't that be a part of the job description?so long story short I let the rude behavior slide down my back. But IMAGINE THIS. You come home your home and realize your engagement ring gone!I called after I was just there AN HOUR before they can't remember me after an hour and I was wearing a very distinct outfit with a posh hat and a sephora black and white bubble mask (I am a regular customer) and was wondering if maybe their brains could concentrate on anything than talking to one an other, as that is all they do when you are there.. feeling like the third wheel in their convo. Well maybe it's just the age difference but I was curious to see if they could help or remember me wearing a piece of jewlery, and believe me this you would notice! I WAS MAKING AN INQUIRY on how to find out if they remember me wearing or somewhere my ring came off in my glove and fell.. I was just looking for help in tracing some steps to find my engagement ring and the lady treated me like I was a piece of dirt and after she treated me like that.. Another more authoritive woman got on the phone and told me there is no cameras on the registers so they wouldn't be able to tell If I was wearing my ring or not and might as well as said to me ''your a piece of dirt''. I WAS LOOKING FOR MY ENGAGEMENT RING! Have some compassion.. They were like no nobody has been in we didn't see anything. THIS IS THE PART OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WHERE YOU ASK THE REGULAR CUSTOMER THEIR NAME AND NUMBER INCASE IT COMES UP. SHE JUST SAID ''WE HAVE NO CAMERAS UP FRONT''. I WILL TAKE MY MONEY AND BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE AND MAKE SURE TO TELL ALL MY FRIENDS ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE AS WELL.

They immediately call when your script is ready and have even ordered things I've asked for. Not once has anyone violated my very personal illness at the counter while they've been busy or has made me feel bad about asking for help locating a product on ther shelf. They go above and beyond with compounding my script and supplying other non gmo and preservative free items you can buy locally and pay cash (yes you can use a bank card too) for. That's a 10 star review from me!! The best pharmacy around town!! If you reside in NYS, they can even ship your hard to find compounding scripts to you!! What a treasure we have in the 518 of NYS!!! The pharmacist read through everything on the bottle, with other customers around, and opened the ointment container. I didn't ask for any of that and couldn't wait to get back in my car. If you're going over medication with a customer, consider their privacy and hear them when they say they don't have any questions or concerns. The whole interaction was uncomfortable, when I could have just been handed the prescription and walked out.
