Just go in and get whatever it is you need. I follow their Facebook page and found that they had 40% off on a 5 lb bag of protein once so that was a nice discount. Staff is pretty helpful when you have questions. However, the purchase that put me over could not be used as a discount. I was told it would discount on my next purchase. Ok.. 3. Next purchase, grabbed some items...but was told they recently changed the discount to in house products only. So I could not use the discount. Ok...to their credit they gave me a small percentage off AFTER I protested. 4. This was today, 10/16/2012, I went back against my better judgement but thought I was being too petty. I grabbed all in house products. When my account was pulled up the computer indicated I had not spent enough money for my discount. I explained that wasn't the case, I was over the amount by a lot at this point. I was told sorry, that's what the computer says. Bottom line, they lost a customer today for good. I can't expect them to take me at face value, that's unreasonable and I get that. But I would have liked an attempt at solving the issue at the very least.
