Perhaps it's shrinkflation living in these times or just this location, but I'm used to a towering bowl where a worker has to wrestle the lid down like a bear fight. As common is this quandry with Chipotle too. Some locations give you thin bowls and others heap it on. When you're in a management position, customers should feel like they're receiving the same level of courtesy and hospitality across the board..you shouldn't pick and choose who gets the friendly version of you. It was especially noticeable because she remained at the front for much of the time, closely overseeing the hosts, so those of us waiting on to-go orders could clearly observe the differences in her interactions with different patrons. If you're going to be that visible and hands-on with your staff, I think it's even more important to model the same customer service you expect from them. Thankfully, Colton did exactly that.
