She introduced herself, showed me the different lashes, pictures of before and after and even invited me to feel the lashes. After she took me back to the room and my wonderful lash application process began. Cynthia, who is also the manager, made me feel so comfortable. I left a message on the voice mail and someone called me back that same day. Unfortunately they are only open till 5 or 6 during the week. Most days I don't even leave work till 6:30. They informed me that they are open one Saturday a month so I made sure to grab up a time quick! Upon walking in, the waiting room is small. But it's a small facility that only takes about 3 clients at a time so there's no need for a massive waiting room. Not to mention all you do is fill out a document and you're on your way. I read through the document because I hate when they grab you in the fine print with something sneaky. There was nothing out of the ordinary. Just your standard warning that skin may turn red, cancelations not made 24 hours before require a charge, etc. Pretty standard. I looked to see if there was anything about tipping. I didn't see anything so I made sure to remember to tip before I left. Barbara was the one who did my facial and microdermabrasion. She was so incredibly sweet. I actually fell asleep at one point because I was so relaxed with the music, smells and feeling of the facial procedure. The whole thing took about an hour. When I got done Barbara handed me a mirror to look at my skin. It looked awesome! The tone was even and my skin looked so refreshed! I am very happy with my results and I would definitely recommend this place.

Lash extensions typically last 2.5- 3 weeks for me but this round lasted about three days and it already looks awful. There were several times during the application process that the technician had poked my eyeball with the base of the extensions. I could've curled my eyelashes with a curler and got more of a lift with that. Mine literally look like I've had them for the full two months already, and it's only the second day with them. I feel sorta bad leaving this review as the girls were really nice there, but I am disappointed with the lack of information and results. They offered a discount for lash extensions, but that was kinda pointless as I do not get those done. Then they offered a discount for another lash lift, but that didn't really make sense for me to use it since I was unhappy with the lift I received. They'd use the same kit so nothing would be different expect the price, I'd get the same results. They weren't able to issue a refund as the procedure was already done, which I kind of understand, but it was still pretty irritating. I saw this place had good reviews, but maybe that was for lash extensions only, not quite sure. I will most likely not be returning here.
