He and the rest of the office staff and vet techs always made you feel like you were the most important people at the moment and always were willing to talk over any questions that you may have. When the time came for our final goodbyes with our dog, they were very understanding and compassionate and you could tell they actually cared that you would be leaving with just a leash and collar that day. When it comes time for us to get another pet, rest assured, they will be seeing Dr. Johnston.
