Mia is always positive and energetic. Her happiness is contagious. She's a fabulous dancer. The class is a really good workout; a lot of cardio. After you jump up and down in class so much you feel you really get in your workout for the week. I have also taken an online class from Mia recently and it was great as well! I highly recommend taking Mia's class in any capacity.
