Plenty of places to sit with tons of table top seating with multiple restaurants surrounding them. Basquenese was excellent! The young lady at the counter Aunica recommended the Pho sandwich/dip (similar to a French dip sandwich). Her recommendation was appreciated and we made sure to tell her how good it was prior to leaving. The Basque fries were seasoned well and came with a garlic aoli that complimented it well. Cool concept. Something for everyone- food, bakery items, and cool bar. I only checked out the bar and had a couple of good Manhattans. A bigger serving than other places, and upgrading to other than well was an additional $4. Service was on the slow side. Only one bartender for quite a few people seated at the bar. But he was very friendly and checked in often. However, there were other employees coming in and out and no one helped him out. Also, didn't seem to be a happy hour menu. But they maybe couldn't keep up if they did. As a whole, this is a great option for groups who have different likes or wants but who want to dine together. read more

This place was so cool! I imagine what the winter weather in Boise for them. It is a bit of a necessity, for us. It was very cool experience. Once you enter the building, there is a variety of food options with a full bar in the center. We all tried something different and everything was delicious! The variety and quality of food available in 1 place is a huge plus. It was the perfect spot for a large group of us to gather and find something for everyone. The food hall is pretty large and has tons of seating so we were able to move some tables together to accommodate our group. This spot was great since there were so many different cuisines for everyone in our party! Between everyone we tried quite a few of the restaurants - pizza, Mexican food, burgers, the Basque Vietnamese restaurant, the café, Carle bar and açai bowl, we really went for it all. Food halls are my favorite! Honestly I think they are the best for large group functions because everyone can get what they want and you can still all hang out. It was tree fort weekend so it was busy but it was clean inside including the bathrooms. The pho I had tasted fresh, and my waffle was the best I've had in ages. In Boise for a few days and love checking out food halls back home so we had to go check them out. They have plenty of seating, which is great! The inside was beautiful, and did have a lot of options. We tried 3 different places for lunch and then grabbed an oatmeal cream pie from a 4th. The service at each location was good- everyone was friendly, and the food came out quickly. Our favorite place was probably Just Chicken, next, the smash burger place and last the BBQ place (we didn't care of this place at all)- we also had the cream pie from the poppy seed place and that was yummy too. Overall, great location- lots of options (something for everyone) and definitely a cool place to go. We would definitely go back. read more

First time in the food court. Plenty of tables and too many choices for food. There are also several bars in the court. The squeeze and I opted for the Basqueness. We shared the cheesesteak and a side of fries. Fries were good with some tasty seasoning on them. The samminch had plenty of meat, peppers onions and cheese on it. The bread was toasted and crunchy, which made for a tasty meal, plenty for two. The only drawback was ketchup packets. The wait time was a little long as well. We stopped there twice in one week. Great facility with some good food choices. It was very clean and there were workers walking around cleaning up, emptying garbage, returning trays and more. All the guests there seemed to be eating or drinking, no loitering. It is well lit and safe. I'd recommend it to anyone. There is some for everyone here. They have added 2 or 3 new food spots they closed one I believe. The basque place looks good I did not tried it since I ordered curry chicken that was the reason why I went. My kids love the pizza and the fruit bowls and while I waited for the food I sat at the bar and had a drink which it was not bad in price and it was well mixed Every spot I went the service was great and friendly. What a dope location for all your foodies to go to. They are literally the perfect place to hit up if you have a group with different taste buds. You have pizza, grilled cheese, BBQ, Korean options and many more. The vibe is chill but can loud depending on how big the crowd is. There's plenty of tables for a party of 2 or a party of 20. It's quite spacious so it's not overwhelming. There's a huge TV so you can catch a football game while enjoying a coffee. The options are endless here. A know a couple new vendors are about to go in some of the empty spots so I'm looking forward to trying them out. The ones I have tried are fantastic! The pizza joint is my husband's favorite. Took my wife and the grandkids out to dinner last night at The Warehouse and we had a great time. Really neat setup with a bunch of smaller restaurants all inside one place, so everybody could pick what they wanted. The grandkids loved having choices, and my wife and I enjoyed not having to argue over where to eat for once. Food was excellent all around and the atmosphere was lively without being too loud. While I was visiting town, I stopped by for dinner and noticed that there were a few boutique-like shops inside. It's not quite as vast as the mall from our '90's youth, but there were a few options to provide retail therapy. The vibe here is upbeat and fun with a good variety of food-something for just about anyone in your group. What they don't have in parking, they make up for in seating, so once you make it inside, you'll find a place to park your behind. It's the best way to make everyone in your party happy in a casual environment without having to eat at an ACTUAL food court (because who does that anymore?!). Literally anyone can find what they feel like eating here! The ambiance is cool and casual (I got one pic). Ample seating and good location downtown. I had a poke bowl from Paddles Up Poké, which I've had before and really enjoyed. I'm going to say don't get poke on a Sunday. It wasn't as fresh as I'd had before. Otherwise, the bowl is perfection! One person in my party had the karaage chicken bowl from Bao Boi, which he really enjoyed! The other member of my party had a decadent grilled cheese with tomato and bacon from Totally Toasted. I have been to a few warehouse types of places and I was very surprised and happy to see what a nice job they did with this! The ambiance is warm and welcoming, hip, new age. They made good with the space and there isn't too much open space yet not overwhelmingly crunched like some I have been to. There are so many options that no matter who you bring here, you will be able to find something for everyone. Expect to pay on the higher side. We didn't see many menu items below $15.00 (or around there after tipping) unless you are going for a smoothie, coffee, or a beer. I am sure you will find something in your price range, just expect to pay slightly more. I mean, you are paying for good options after all! (Bbq, seafood, poké, healthier bowls, pizza...) TV screens are scattered around making it a fun place to watch sports, they also have trivia, or maybe this is a great spot to stop for a drink prior to a movie/concert (next door) at one of the bars. There are also a few local shops here that are perfect for eyeballing while you wait for your food. Parking is always fun in this area but there are several parking garages or possible street parking if you time it right. Don't be like me and judge this place based off of other places. On a trip to the city, some friends and I decided to go out for breakfast, but couldn't decide on what type of food we wanted... so someone suggested the food hall as it had a little bit for everyone. It's relatively convenient to the downtown and has lots of seating, both inside and around the outside of the building. If you wanna take your food to go, there's also a public Square not too far as well as a park that we enjoyed after our breakfast. My friends got coffee from one of the spots as well as some waffles, which they said were absolutely delicious! The prices weren't too bad for being downtown and you've got plenty of food and beverages for what you ordered. I enjoyed a smoothie from one of the places inside, and felt like it was really delicious. They had a lot of other great options, most of which were open even if it's not exactly what you would want for breakfast (example Idaho pie)! There's lots of seating and it's relatively quiet plus it has restrooms, a drinking fountain and a place for you to fill up your water bottle. Everyone was pleased with their breakfast choice, and it saved arguments about where we should go ! Definitely a spot to check out and if we lived close, I would go back for some of their lunch options. They also seem to have some fun community events, like trivia nights and other things, so I'm guessing it's a fun spot in the evenings as well. read more

I want to like the Warehouse. I would love it to be a destination location but its not there yet. The Warehouse tries to be like other Food Halls and perhaps too much. Perhaps the Warehouse needs more time to develop and mature but right now it's a hodgepodge of vendors that have too large of space. The spacing is simply to big for some vendors. Take the Reading Terminal Market in Philadelphia, yes it's huge and has been a long standing tradition since the 1893 but a similar layout should have been used for the Warehouse. In the space that occupies Gaston's and Neighbor Tim's, that same space in the Reading Terminal market would be for at least one or possibly two more vendors. This is the main issue, the hall is too big for the current lineup of vendors causing a spacing issue and emptiness that many commenters have alluded to. I'm willing to come back and see some my favorite vendors but the Warehouse team needs to take a look at other markets in and out of the US and model and maximize the food hall space. read more

For my first visit ever to Boise, Idaho, the Warehouse is a pretty good reason for me to want to come back and explore more. I was making my way back to Portland, Oregon after a little vacation and stopped in Boise for lunch. I had never been downtown. I've only passed by on 84 twice. First off, this historic district is a great group of former warehouse buildings repurposed for mixed uses. The one I was in is now a very cool food court. Japanese, Chinese, Coffee, grilled cheese, poke, BBQ, beer and other spirits and pastries plus the ability for more to join in. This was all quite surprising when I didn't know what to expect. The layout is very modern, spacious and many nods to the building' past as well as the surrounding ones. As for my food? I had a tonkatsu curry from the Japanese/ Bao spot and just a personal note (Fly Eagles Fly, to the fellow Eagles fan who was cooking that day). The curry was great, the pork, nice and crispy and I loved the pickled veggies and cabbage that was there for tang and texture. I now want to plan a weekend trip to Boise and see what else I'm missing. Support local. Enjoy. read more

This is a great spot for families or friends that want to get together and each be able to choose whatever different cravings they have. We've had drinks at the Loading Dock and they are reasonably priced, while also being very tasty. Neighbors Tim's BBQ has been the best we've tried so far. Decent bbq with good spices and sauces. The nachos are huge and filling and the kids love them. We were hoping to give them lobster roll place a shot but they were gone when we went. So we opted for KB Burritos. Okay flavor but was not worth the calories. We got a fajita bowl that was full of flavor and chicken. That one was good. Then the Ketchum burrito with steak. Very minimal meat and lots of beans and rice. Didn't have much flavor and steak was more fat than lean meat. Tortilla tasted like a Mission tortilla from the store. Finally, the guacamole was a great serving size but flacorless. Just tasted like mashed avocado. On a plus, the hot sauces available to get on the side were really good. Honestly, we should've gone to Just Chicken. That place looked pretty good. All and all, the Warehouse is about average compared to all the great options in downtown Boise. This is definitely subject to change based on their vendor list since eateries rotate in the complex. Above average for variety options available in such an accessible location. read more

Husband had Neighbor Tim's brisket and pulled pork. Very bland, no smoke in the brisket and no flavor in either. Sauce was not enough to make up for the lack of other flavors. Baked beans left a lot to be desired. Coleslaw had no flavor other than vinegar. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. I had killer burrito enchiladas. The only thing killed was my wallet for this overpriced bland fest. IDK why people are afraid of salt, but there was nary a hint of it.
