I wasn't able to eat mine but have had this type of bread, called "shokupan" which is very common in Japan before my wheat allergy diagnosis. Service wasn't speedy but there was only one lady working the entire bar top and dining area and she did everything right. Alcohol selection was mediocre at best but you can't go wrong with whisky on the rocks!

What I should have received was seasoned carnitas that spent at least some time with the sauce in the pan. I had to stop it was so bad! If it hadn't bern Valentines Day weekend, and if we hadn't already waited an hour to eat because it was busy, I'd have asked the waiter for something else. When the waiter came to check and asked, I was honest, he apologized and offered to have them prepare something else, but by this point I was just ready to leave. The Manager came, apologized and took my dinner off the bill, the right thing to do. We used to live in Kuna, but now it's at least an hour drive round trip, so I doubt we'll be back.
