After they made the key, he then said don't even worry about coming back. It turned out the time he took to make the key and it worked. They went above and beyond. It's rarely you see such A level of service nowadays. It truly reminded me of back in the 70s When customer service meant something. I highly recommend this Ace Hardware store.

They were gas cans (unused and still locked) and she told me that they were considered hurricane items and they were not taking any of those And then she snatched my receipt out of my hand and told me they aren't returnable anyway because they were from a different store and the stores are separate entities. While I understand both of her points, her rudeness was absolutely unnecessary and unappreciated. this extremely rude level of customer service has soured us for using this store and our family will no longer be shopping here. Perhaps this should not be the employee that you station at the front of the store - she makes for a very bad first impression.

I recommend that if you plan on Painting any furniture or other home upgrades, you will want to work with individuals established in the painting industry as opposed to jack-of-all trades places like Home Depot. I love Home Depot like the next person but in a humid climate like Florida, you really need some expertise if you want your first attempts to be the final product. It has nothing to do with this particular store, it is the process that they developed since a pandemic. It sucks for the sales people, and it sucks for you the client. Also previously had very expensive kitchen cabinet installation project done through Lowe's countryside and I had some problems with the vendor and I had terrible support. They did not support me well against the vendor. It took me over a year to get all the replacement parts.

In fact, I'm guessing you probably miss seeing half the stuff because there's SO much! You could almost walk through each section twice just to be sure you saw everything! Who would pay for this kind of service??? Thankfully I found Jameson Pool Service on google search & they were out the day I called them! Yay! They were on everything like "white on rice"! Now that's what I call spectacular service! So once every week they are out to service my Hot Tub & Pool. They email me a rundown on what is going on w/ both which shows: Readings - Chemicals Added - Service Performed ALONG w/ a photo of both looking super sparkling clean!
