It is unacceptable for a business not to take responsibility for ruining a customer's property. In clearly verbalizing to the desk clerk I wanted my fur throw dry cleaned, I was not informed she was handing me a "Wet release" to sign- which to me anyway could be your term for dry cleaning as I don't know how that process is performed. Furthermore, I don't know why she would give me such a document when I asked for dry clean anyway. Item absolutly ruiend and staff/manager didnt care to help at all. Several times, I have gotten shirts back from Tide with a hang tag telling me they fixed a button - no extra charge... Just fixed it. I grew up with my mom washing clothes in Tide & Downey... I prefer the scent. It is familiar & feels like home. Tide Dry Cleaners is the only dry cleaners that gives me that on a suit and my dress shirts. I can only compare the difference to that of sleeping in my bed or cheap hotel sheets. The hotel's are rough and they just don't smell right. I feel that way when other cleaners wash my shirts & suits. What I like the most though is not the scent and fixed buttons. Every time I go in the staff is beyond friendly. The managers know me by name. The rest of the staff is always warm and friendly. When I have inadvertently left something in a pocket, it has been returned in a bag with my clothes. The first of last week, I had to make a quick trip. I didn't get my clothes in until after 10am. When I asked if they could have them ready by 5 that afternoon, they didn't flinch. The girl at the counter quickly responded "we would be happy to... & watch your email to know exactly when it's ready." Around three that afternoon, I received an email that my order was ready. I was able to have my wife grab them while she was out and avoid going myself after work. When I got home my wife told me Andrew (the manager that helped her) said for me to "have a safe trip." I just love the that kind of friendliness. Combine it with my clothes all smelling & feeling like they do from my house... I like this place.

One incident that stood out was when a young white male employee with painted fingernails ran to the door around 4:50 p.m. and locked it while clearly seeing me walking up, even though there were still about 10 minutes before closing. I overlooked it at the time and continued using this location. More recently, an African American woman named Chelsea or Cheisel, who had red-colored hair, provided some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every interaction with either her or the white male employee has been unnecessarily rude, regardless of how polite and respectful I try to be. Customer service and professionalism matter, and unfortunately this location has consistently failed in that area. I would not recommend this location based on my experiences.

I took two pair khaki pants in and asked for them to be laundered with light starch and pressed I noticed right away the person at the counter who had Charisse on her shirt must've been having a very bad day. She was very rude while taking in my laundry without even bothering to say . Today when I picked up my laundry, they had been dry cleaned with no starch whatsoever. Charisse was apparently having another bad day. Maybe she has no customer service skills and just needs to be retrained but that's not my job, I will not be going back for more rudeness.

I drove up there with 20 items and the lady said they would be ready on Wednesday, not same day. I told her I spoke with her earlier on the phone and she said same day if in before 8:30am. I arrived at 8:15am. She said I didn't tell her on the phone I was a new customer or that I would have hat many items. She said she didn't have time to process my order and was acting like I was holding up the two people behind me, which she also mentioned. She was very rude and not customer service oriented. I told her I didn't realize I had to tell her I was a new customer on the phone and she didn't mention any stipulations. She did say I could pick out 3 or 4 items to get back next day. I said that was acceptable. No thank you from her. When finished she went to next person in line. When I went to pick up the dry cleaning, it was all done, so I was happy about that. The lady working in the afternoon said there are a lot of complaints about the older woman working in the mornings. Dry cleaning job was fine. Customer service needs a lot of improvement.

She was able to pick my laundry up same day and had it back to me in just a few hours smelling so fresh and neatly folded, it was perfect to throw right back in my suitcase as is! I will definitely be recommending her services to my coworkers for future business trips, as well as friends and family in town visiting too.
