Due to a mix up on the venue's part, this order had accidentally been brought to Connie's, laundered, pressed, and folded without directive. At first, the manager Chris expected payment in full for the service, but once the situation was explained he comped the final bill. I, too, am an event planner and often need to outsource a linen service for table cloths, napkins, skirting, etc. I would wholeheartedly recommend working with Connie's in the future. It is refreshing to see industry professionals work together to take care of each other. In this situation, Connie's took care of the little guy...and as a result, has gained customers for life. This laundromat, plus wash-and-fold did exceptional work from start to finish! They picked up my loads in a timely manner, and brought them back just as quickly. Everything was folded beautifully, but what pleased me the most was how my garments and other washables were separated according to category - like a bag for tops, a bag for pants, a bag for sheets etc., Sarah, Nicole and Gary are also very friendly and helpful. The owner was in the back working, and he ran right out to greet me and ask what I needed. Such a sweet, happy guy. He was able to get the clothes back to me, looking fantastic by the way, at the exact time promised. His prices are also great. Decent sized parking lot, but it looks like people just pull up at the actual front door to run in and grab their things. I chose to park along the side. You're in and out in minutes, and you'll feel glad for supporting not only a locally owned business, but a great person in general. So I was a little shocked when I went to use the big washer (back in the day $3-5 small was $1.50) and it was $9.50 for the load. The small one was like $4. But I guess that's inflation? Ugh. Only here cause my washer and dryer aren't hooked up yet but definitely would come back here due to cleanliness. Theres also two areas to wait and chill. Theres book to read, TVs on, and a snack bar with soft drinks :)

That was about 6 years ago. Since then, Last Call has laundered my clothes regularly especially when there's too many clothes and I'm overwhelmed. They come pick up my funky clothes and bring them back 2 days later hot, fresh, clean and folded. Everything is done so perfectly and I feel like Samantha, when they arrive back.. as If I just twinkled my nose and they're all clean and folded and fresh.. and it's so easy, Knowing I didn't really do it on my own. The big draw for me is being able to use plastic for washer and dryer instead of putting in quarter after quarter. This laundry is always very clean.
