I see an employee going one by one down a row of machine cleaning them and cleaning the part where you put detergent etc in. Everything is clean, plenty of laundry folding tables, plenty of seating, all the laundry carts roll properly. Restrooms are clean. Prices are on par with other laundromats. Machines look new and are easy to use. A lot of laundromats are ridiculously hot. This one is comfortable to sit in. It's in an area where if you have shopping to do it's nearby. One thing I do not like is having to buy a card. Since I don't live here and won't be back purchasing a card always means I end up with money left on the card. Other than that it's the perfect place to do laundry in Paducah.

Employee here was gracious and even noticed me checking dampness of one load that seemed to be drying slower. Ash was phenomenal with instructions and ensuring I felt comfortable and understood everything. The payment process was extremely easy and everywhere has really clear instructions as well as advice The bathrooms were also extraordinarily clean and overall I felt very safe and comfortable here. The vending machines are also very well stocked and you can use your laundry card as well! One of my favorite features is that you can open up the dryers to check your load and it pauses the cycle versus completely stopping. Also getting text messages when your machine is done is a phenomenal touch! Overall I am grateful I stumbled upon this gem and I know where I am going whenever my washer/dryer cannot handle my comforters
