There is a campground/RV park in behind the bar and General Store. Very clean and well maintained. I've stayed there a couple of nights in the past. I've been told that on Tuesday's they have an amazing steak dinner. I've never been there for that, but I'm looking forward very much to trying it soon. The owner Mary was very accommodating to our family and always very warm and welcoming when we stopped in the store. All the campers were the same. We were tent camping but Mary let us set up in front of a rental camper so we could use the electric to charge to boat and she was even gave us access to the camper to use the restroom and wash our dishes. She ever notified us that a neighboring camper was putting their camper up for sale and was just what we were looking for. We are now considering buying the camper and having a place up there of our own.

We were also able to play bingo and they had multiple other events during the day. This KOA has everything planned out so it's one of the better KOA's. It is a smaller campground and you are very close together but everyone was respectful and followed the quite hours. Being close made walking everywhere easy instead of everyone having a golf cart which can be annoying at times. The staff was so helpful when our campsite didn't have a picnic table, we let them know and they had one brought over with in 15 minutes of being there. Very accommodating! We made a reservation that day (it seemed pretty packed early October so we got the last available spot). The staff here were very friendly, and we didn't have to pay until we arrived at the site. It was so affordable! With a Good Sam discount, our one night stay amounted to just ~$34! We were very happy with the price, which included full hook-ups (+ cable TV), a shower house, and a swimming pool (? I think). The next morning, we had our propane filled at that site and left. The owners here were very thoughtful and organized. Thought the campground wasn't very big, when we drove in, the owner had us follow her in her golf cart so we knew exactly where to pull in and how to park our extra truck. Will come back again!

The bathrooms are immaculate but the showers are tiny, i'm 5'6" size 4, I felt cramped, use the handicap bathroom for a shower. The spots are level on packed rock drive thrus. I'd give Duck Creek RV Park 5 stars if there were trees. Otherwise, this is a great RV park.

There were farm animals next door that were fun to feed carrots. The staff was really friendly and escorted us to our tiny home when we checked in. They gave us a tour of the place and made sure all of our questions were answered.

However, I called "Mr. Bill" with a question and we ended up speaking on the phone for 10 minutes about several things. He was so friendly and personable. I met his wife when she came in to write me a receipt. She was also extremely friendly and we chatted for some time. The most amazing thing is that the lobby is left open and unlocked. It's like a little living room with 2 large w/d for guests and a clean bathroom with a shower. We will definitely be staying there when husband has to work in the Union City area.
