Pedicure- the lady that did mine was fantastic. She took her time with the pedicure package that I chose and made me feel comfortable even with a sprained ankle. Manicure- different lady that helped me, and the service was horrible. she didn't let me choose what package i wanted and automatically did whatever she felt the need to do. She didn't cut down my nails like I asked her to and she only filed it. She didn't ask what nail shape I wanted and did an oval shape, I told her I wanted square shape and she was rude about it and rushed through the filing leaving the nails uneven. As for the polishing she did only 2 coats and didn't even fully polish my entire nail. She left so many air bubbles as well. I kid you not, my nail gel manicure was done in about 10 mins or possibly even less. All in all, I don't think I will be coming back here. There is only 3 ladies working in this salon and they had appointments and made them wait over 30 mins to be seated at the pedicure/nail station.

I went back to have it fixed, and while I was there, the same nail technician realized she had forgotten to apply the top coat to my other nails, so she quickly added it. Now it's l Wednesday, and another nail has already broken. I've never had a manicure fail this quickly. I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of the work and expected much better.

Sabai Beauty & Wellness is a suite that is located in Sola Salon which is a business full of suites for hair and skin care. It is by appointment only. There is a sign on the door that asks you to text/call your salon person to come open the locked door for you to enter. Karin is a one woman business. She made me feel instantly comfortable and was extremely gentle and kind. We got to know each other just a tad while she worked on my facial. I can tell she really enjoys what she does and has been doing this for over a decade. If you are debating like me forever to try a diamond microdermabrasion facial, don't debate it, just do it! My appointment lasted one hour and my face feels lighter. I can't wait to come back again next month and see what regular facials can do to my face! :P Please support your local businesses if you can. They need to recover from the pandemic. I would love to see Karin thriving and busy. She so deserves it!

This was my second time visiting Njoy Nail Spa, and overall I had a mixed experience…read more I want to start by saying the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the environment felt comfortable both times I've come in. For this visit, I got a gel pedicure and a liquid gel full set. I really liked how my toes came out--they looked clean, neat, and exactly what I was going for. I've had my toes done here twice now, and both times they've done a really good job with pedicures. However, I wasn't as happy with my nails. This was my first time trying builder/liquid gel, so I wasn't exactly sure what to expect, but they felt thicker than I anticipated, especially underneath the nail, which made them look a bit bulky. I also chose an almond shape, and I think that may have contributed to the nails looking shorter or more "stubby" than I had in mind. I got a French tip design, which looked really pretty at first, but unfortunately it chipped the very next day. I went back and they fixed it for free, which I appreciated, but it ended up chipping again shortly after. One thing that stood out to me was the communication around cuticle care. I had two technicians--one for my pedicure and one for my manicure. During my pedicure, my cuticles were trimmed without being discussed beforehand, so I assumed it was part of the service. However, during my manicure, I was told that cuticle trimming would be an additional $10. This felt a bit confusing and inconsistent, especially since I wasn't asked beforehand during my pedicure. In my experience, cuticle care is usually included in a manicure or at least clearly communicated before the service is done, so this caught me off guard. I don't want to be too harsh because they were kind and did try to make things right, but I do think there's room for improvement when it comes to communication, consistency, and the overall durability and finish of the nails. Overall, I've consistently had good experiences with pedicures here, but I'm a little unsure about returning for builder gel specifically. (Pictures attached for reference)

My daughter had the Lemon Pedicure $37. The place was nice and smelled good inside. The decor gave a relaxing floral vibe. The staff were all very nice. We enjoyed our services very much. The polish and designs came out so cute and the massages and foot scrubs were nice. I felt so pampered, it was very much needed. I liked the upfront explanation of the costs so I didn't leave confused or anything. I will definitely come back the next time I need my nails done.
