So as a guy it's very intimidating to get anything waxed, well I decided to clean up my eyebrows and get my shoulders, and honestly, this was the most comfortable experience possible. The girls were the definition of professionalism, and they had these different type of waxes that were better for different parts of the body, don't ask me to explain, all I could say is, they made an uneasy situation, actually pleasant. Love Waxing Spot! I've been going to the Westport location since 2010.The second location in Greenwich is beautiful and clean, just like Westport. Rosemery and Veri train everyone that works at both locations - from the receptionists to the waxers. They want to make sure everyone has a good experience. The receptionists are all so sweet and friendly, and they are always accommodating if you ever need to change an appointment. I usually see Rosemery, Veri, Daniela and Amanda - but I've been to almost every waxer and they are all fantastic. The hard wax they use never irritates my sensitive skin. Went there for an eyebrow wax. I'd been going someplace else, and they always took my naturally thicker brows and made them too thin (think sperm brows). I really just wanted them to have a shape and be cleaned up. When I called to make the appointment and the receptionist was so nice! She answered all of my questions (I had quite a few) and booked me with Amanda. Amanda is so great! She heard what I wanted and took her time, tweezing and waxing. The best go to place to get your eyebrows done! The ladies are very professional I got my brows done by camron. She did a very nice job and also did a tint. I love how it is designed and every time I come here it is so clean and smells so good! The chandelier overall gives it a nice look to it.
