I didnt realize how difficult wedding dress shopping could be but Alexa really helped to alleviate stress while working with her! I pulled a few dresses to try on and after asking about my style she pulled one for me to try on. I was SO pleased with my experience here. Wedding dress shopping is supposed to be memorable, relaxing & fun. I read a lot of reviews and checked out a lot of bridal shops before deciding on this one! I had seen that a lot of people left negative reviews about the gowns being dirty, let me be really honest, no they were not necessary dirty, but you can tell that since these are TRIAL dresses that the fake tans some girls wear have come off onto the gowns. For instance I totally came in with a fake tan so that I could feel pretty while trying on gowns & to get a good idea of my skin in a dress come wedding day, I noticed as I took a few off that my tan definitely came off on a few dresses. So please keep in mind it's not the bridal shops fault when people come in with tans on and scuff up a dress. Alexa was my stylist & made me feel so comfortable in every gown, she pulled quite a few, along with allowing my bridesmaids to pull some to make the experience fun for us all! I scheduled two separate appointments, which really aloud me time to find a dress I loved.I could go on and on about how PERFECT Alexa was, from the moment I walked in I was greeted with warm smiles, laughter between staff, questions of which styles I loved, and this continued through both appointments. I was complimented with "you look SO good", but also with her honesty of "maybe this isn't the best look, let's try on some others". I had an absolutely incredible experience with The Wedding Bell team, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Coming from New Zealand and planning my wedding on a very tight timeline, I was quite overwhelmed at first. Madison was truly amazing from the very beginning, she guided me through everything with such patience, warmth, and expertise. I went to the Wedding Bell to try on dresses for the first time and found THE dress because of Chelsea K. From the very beginning of the appointment I was comfortable and excited to try on dresses because she listened, asked questions, and pulled dresses that she thought I would like. Throughout the appointment she kept noticing the little details and focused in on what was missing for me (that I didn't even realize myself). She pulled another dress and both her and I knew before opening the curtain to my loved ones that this was it. I cannot recommend her and the wedding bell enough! I went to The Wedding Bell with my bridesmaids this past weekend after the original shop we were going to go to ended up being closed on Sundays. My MOH called The Wedding Bell since we didn't have an appointment, and they were able to squeeze us in for the day. I'm glad we called because they definitely were busy! First off, this place is so cute and they have such a fantastic selection of dresses. I already have my wedding dress but definitely recommend to anybody that's still on the hunt! The selection of bridesmaids dresses is definitely decent, and they also have dresses for mother of the bride and such as well. All of the styles are available in a decent selection of colors so whatever style you like, you can find a color that probably fits your wedding palette! After trying on a couple dresses each, all of my bridesmaids found their dresses and ordered on the same day! Chelsea helped us through the entire process and was so funny and sweet! I had the most incredible experience at The Wedding Bell and truly could not be happier. My wedding dress finally arrived (ahhhh!!!), and coming in for my alterations felt like a dream. Beth was exceptional from start to finish. She walked me through every single adjustment with so much clarity and care--showing examples, explaining why each change mattered, and making sure I understood exactly how my gown would look and feel. I felt SO comfortable. My dress has a beautiful cat-eye neckline, and Beth made precise adjustments to ensure it sat perfectly and framed me just the way I envisioned. She also tailored my sleeves for my winter wedding in Seattle this January at the Four Seasons--refining the fit, adjusting the length, and making the silhouette feel custom to my body. She even went through the full hem with me, making sure the dress would fall flawlessly as I walk. It truly felt like couture-level attention. I got a little emotional too at the end! I'm a plus size girl and was really putting off wedding dress shopping due to insecurity. But the second I walked through the door, Madi introduced herself, and made me feel so comfortable and really listened to what I was looking for. She helped me really step out of my comfort zone as someone who does not like wearing sparkly girly dresses, and she helped me find the right fit and look while talking me through the differences in each dress. Not only did she help me narrow down what I was picky about, but she made me feel like a bride and not just a girl playing dress up. She invited me back later in the day after a visit at another shop, but I immediately returned within 25 minutes of the second shop because of the service, the dress, and the expense of tailoring in the end. It also helped that they have a tailor on site to provide direction about what is and isn't possible for a vision. In the end, while the dress was the best fit, I think it was the employees that make this place so amazing from Madi to the tailor, I didn't feel like they were trying to make a sale, but just trying to make the vision that I wanted come true while making me comfortable. At no point did I feel body shamed or insecure about my weight, and it was the best experience in a fitting room. It felt like a best friend helping me try on wedding dresses! read more

I cannot recommend The Wedding Bell enough! They truly saved me & my wedding from actual disaster. I bought my original wedding dress in March of 2025 in San Diego. I decided to buy my reception dress from The Wedding Bell & had an amazing experience working with Alexia. She's the sweetest angel! My reception dress even arrived sooner than expected! My wedding was on November 8th, 2025 and come October my ceremony dress from San Diego still had not been shipped to me. I had to make a hard decision (hard because of all the money that was spent on the first dress) to tell that bridal shop we want a refund because it was cutting it too close to the wedding date and it didn't sound like it would be arriving to me after weeks of them saying it would ship to me the following week. It wasn't even a question. I knew I would choose The Wedding Bell again for my ceremony dress replacement! Alexia helped me again and we found such a beautiful dress! Everyone there from the girls out front to the seamstresses were amazing and made everything happen so quickly and efficiently. Beth was able to create long sleeves for me in like a week and a half for my ceremony dress which originally came with detachable poofy short off the shoulder sleeves. And Christina created custom sleeves as well from a photo I found online for my strapless reception dress. Please do yourself a favor and go to them for your wedding dress. They have a large selection of a variety of dresses and my consultant, Chelsea, was pleasant, professional, and quickly pulled samples of dresses based on photos I showed her. She was intuitive about styles that might work for me and never discouraged me from trying on dresses that might not look good on me (another salon's consultant was very verbal about letting me know if a dress was "not my style" and wouldn't let me try them). My bridal consultant, Chelsea, gets 20/5 stars! She is hands down the most amazing person that could have helped me with this experience and I don't think it would have been as great as it was without her. I went into the day with a firm decision that I was not buying my dress from The Wedding Bell after the awful and heartbreaking experience my best friend had shopping for her wedding dress a couple years ago and my experience at a later date to get my MOH dress. I didn't want to support a shop/shop owner that made my best friend feel the way she did. It was a different consultant and the shop owner at the time that helped her and I had a different consultant as well. I only came shopping here because they had the two dresses I had my heart set on trying on in stock when no one else did. It took all of 5 minutes for Chelsea to turn everything around, not only for me but also for my best friend, who is now my MOH, as well. I cannot say enough good things about her. She is phenomenal. You will laugh, cry, and have a best friend by the end of your appointment. If it was not for Chelsea being my consultant the day I came in, chances are I wouldn't have bought my dress this day. Made an appointment, showed up on time, the staff were busy working with other brides so were late to getting to us. Not too big of a deal, but then she rushed through helping us so she could get to the next bride. When my daughter found one she liked they played her wedding song to try to get an emotional purchase. And they succeeded, we wanted her to at least try the other dresses she hadn't tried on yet but after the lady wouldn't even put the clips on it to see how it would fit in her size we gave up on that. So if you go here be warned, don't make the mistake we did, they do not care about the customer! So sleep on any purchases you want to make because they are final. They ask for your wedding song because they use it to manipulate you into an emotional purchase. My daughter bought hers on a Friday evening and called Sunday morning and they refused to let her out of it. We called several times to talk to the manager and they always said she wasn't in. We left messages but never received a call back. They don't care about the brides just their commissions using manipulative tactics and bad customer service. read more

Marchyok - Crenshaw Wedding - August 10th, 2024 My original review of my dress shopping started like this: "My Mom and Aunt flew in from out of state so we could go dress shopping together. The Wedding Bell did not disappoint and I said Yes to the Dress! Krissy was an excellent bridal stylist, I felt very comfortable with her trying on dresses and she was always quick to pick up on when I wasn't feeling a particular style or cut. I would recommend both the Bridal shoppe and Krissy as a stylist. I'm so excited for my dress to come in and get it fitted to me. I'll try and update the review after I receive my dress and go through the alteration process." Once MY dress came in after being ordered, I was contacted to come in and try on the dress. I was initially worried, as I had just ordered my shoes and wasn't sure they would be arrive in time for the appointment. I was assured I did not need my shoes at that time and it was specifically to try on the dress that I had purchased only. It also worked out perfectly, as my future mother in law was in town to see me in the dress. We then made an appointment for the first alteration. The alteration appointments were a very simple process, I walked in and was greeted promptly, offered water, and then I was taken back to the alterations area of the shop. It is a snug area, but the general feeling of comradery and the feeling that all of the women with their impeccable sewing and altering skills will do their best to make you and your dress look as perfect as possible was amazing. I personally felt like my dress was a bit snug in a few areas, but was immediately dissuaded by my seamstress assuring me it would loosen after about a half hour or so of actual wear. (mind you, the trying on is roughly 15 minutes or so). The 2nd appointment was amazing, the dress fit perfectly and the bustle* was laid beautifully once it was hung. My groom and his best man also rented their suits from The Wedding Bell and they had a great time. My groom waited a bit too long, but the wonderful team set them up and they had their suits ordered just in time. I heard the phrase "fat man in a little coat" was uttered by the best man with the first jacket he tried on. They raved about their fitting. *The best part of this entire experience was the day of our wedding, we had utilized Elope 253 for our ceremony, and I thought our photos would've taken longer, but they did not. We had time to kill, so we decided to stop at a local bar before our grand entrance to the reception, and what do you know, my now groom had stepped on my dress and totally busted the bustle. I was set to just deal with it and my Maid of Honor was having none of it. She called The Wedding Bell and next thing you know, my Groom and I are walking in to the bridal shop so that my seamstress (I can't remember her name, I'm sorry) re-sewed it right back on there in the store. What a service the day of, and I could hear my groom up in the front bantering with all the wonderful women who work to make your day special. I have attached a couple photos of our final looks. My experience at The Wedding Bell this weekend was nothing short of spectacular. The boutique itself is downright magical and as soon as you walk in, you're surrounded by sparkling dresses, cozy and chic changing areas, and an air of excitement and joy that we hadn't felt at the other dress shops we'd visited. We immediately felt taken care of and any anxiety I felt about dress shopping was put at ease. What made the entire experience incredible though was my stylist, Madi. From the get-go, she was kind, encouraging, patient, and supportive. I was coming off of a bad experience at a salon the day prior, and she went above and beyond to make sure I felt heard and supported. She encouraged my mom and future MiL to grab some gowns, and after taking the time to learn about my wedding and what I was looking for, pulled some incredible dresses and accessories. As a plus size bride, I was so grateful to be in a shop with inclusive sample sizes, and Madi was great at make adjustments to the (very few) dresses that didn't fit so I could really see what the dress would look like in my size. She also offered creative solutions for alterations I could make if there was something about the dress that I didn't love, and used different accessories and fabrics around the shop to show me what that change might look like. As someone who struggles to express how they feel in group settings, Madi felt like my number one advocate - she asked clarifying questions when I couldn't put my finger on what was missing from a dress to make it "the one", encouraged me to envision things in different ways without being pushy, gave me space to take things in, and was quick to switch out dresses that better fit what I was looking for. She was the hype woman I needed in my dress shopping experience and I truly believe that I was successful in finding my dream dress because of her.
