I've been here before, but after this last experience, I will never be back. The fitting process felt rushed, almost like they were trying to get me out the door, and when I picked up my jeans, the alterations were terrible. I pointed out what was wrong, but instead of fixing it or offering a refund, they just told me it "couldn't be fixed." I paid $65 for work that not only ruined my jeans but also came with zero accountability. It makes no sense that a tailor can't correct their own mistakes. All of my clothes look and feel very clean. They got out all of the yellowing on the collar of my husband's white dress shirt and removed some stains in my silk romper that I had forgotten to mention. The pricing was great in my opinion- I brought in 3 men's dress shirts, two rompers, and a women's silk shirt (6 items total) and it cost about $50. Both the husband and wife are very nice and hard working, they are quiet (not sure how much English they speak), but you can tell from their body language and facial responses that they are good people and are very kind. The husband even brought out my dry cleaning to the car to make sure it would be hung properly! Would definitely go back to get my dry cleaning done there again.
